- The departing and returning buses are different, so you will not be able to store your luggage on the bus.
- Please note that the bus will leave as scheduled and will not wait for late arrivals
- There are ~2.5 hours of free time for customers to ride the excursion ship and explore the Kawaguchi area on their own without a guide.
- If the Boat cannot be boarded due to weather, traffic, etc. you will be taken to alternative facilities around the Lake Kawaguchi Area. Refunds will not be offered in this instance.
- Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.

Bus Terminal Tokyo Yaesu
The meeting time is at 7:40 AM on B2F of the Yaesu Bus Terminal. Look at the departures board to confirm the boarding location. Look for our staff member wearing yellow holding a sign. The bus will promptly leave at 7:50 AM and will not wait for late arrivals.

Awesome Tour Experience - It was a very nice relaxing experience visiting the areas where we saw a clear view of Mt. Fuji. We were free to walk around and explore the areas as well. I highly recomment this tour.

Seamless, Stress-Free, and Stunning Views - Our day trip to the Mt. Fuji area and Lake Kawaguchiko was the absolute highlight of our time in Japan. The entire experience was incredibly well-organized, starting from the easy meetup in Yaesu.
• Friendly Staff: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the day, making sure everyone felt welcome and well-informed.
• Scenery: The views of Mt. Fuji from the lake were breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for photos.

Great experience! - We had a great experience on the Lake Kawaguchi tour. I was very pleased with how everything was organized, and our guide Naho was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the day. She made the experience even more enjoyable and kindly helped us take photos at all the best spots. Highly recommend!

Amazing time with amazing Staff - I had the privilege of going on the mt. Fuji tour with Ken the amazing tour guide. The price was okay, a little misleading due to the website. The time spent at each place was great, some not too long, but just long enough to get through everything and see enough. I enjoyed about 4 hours of free roam and got the infamous lawson fuji photo. Later in the day it got a bit crowded and cold so pack warm. The best part of this trip, was my tour guide Ken. I couldn't have had a better time with anyone else and he made conversation so easy and answered every question to the best of his ability. I hope everyone gets the chance to have his touring experience.

Very good experience! - Very nice experience and very helpful guide. Also the support center was responsive immediately.
The tour was lovely but unfortunately due to the rainy weather we did not manage to enjoy the landscape on full.
