May have to return with Ken and Jungle Roam - We just arrived in Nairobi after one of the most amazing trips of our lives. Our guide was Ken and I can’t begin to describe how much of a difference he made in the experience. We felt safe everywhere we went and his driving was exceptional in getting us safely to every stop in our itinerary. He also stopped at nothing to give us the experience of a lifetime with the animals in every park we visited. Jungle roam was wonderful to deal with and we highly recommend them if there is a safari in your future. Wayne and Sue from Canada.

The Perfect Kenya Trip, Guided by Reheem - My seven-day Kenya trip was absolutely perfect. Raheem is a wonderful person—just like a Chinese panda! In the Masai Mara, we saw prides of lions, herds of elephants, and vast herds of buffalo stretching across the plains. In Lake Nakuru, we spotted rhinos and a leopard. At Lake Naivasha, we enjoyed countless birds. And in Amboseli, we saw giraffes and elephants beneath Mount Kilimanjaro. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and look forward to coming back again!

Amazing trip - Our Kenya safari was absolutely perfect, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Caleb. Caleb was extremely knowledgeable about all the animals and the ecosystem, like a walking encyclopedia who could answer every question we had. His eyes were incredibly sharp – he constantly spotted interesting wildlife, even when animals were well hidden in the bushes and trees. We always felt very safe with him; his driving was smooth and careful. He also kept the vehicle spotless and comfortable throughout the entire trip, which made every game drive even more enjoyable. When we come back to Kenya in the future, we will definitely ask for Caleb to be our guide again – we can’t imagine a better safari experience.

Excellent Guide Caleb – An Unforgettable Safari Experience! - Caleb is an incredibly knowledgeable guide with a deep understanding of both wildlife and local culture. During our game drives, he patiently shared fascinating facts about animals and insights into local customs, making every moment informative and engaging. On safari, he is energetic and exceptionally observant—with eyes like a hawk, he always spots hidden wildlife long before anyone else. He also has a great sense of humor, keeping the trip lively and fun throughout. Traveling with him never gets boring, and you’ll easily become great friends. Friendly and well-connected, Caleb knows nearly all the local guides and staff. He often receives real-time updates on animal locations via radio, helping us secure the best viewing spots. Whenever minor vehicle issues arose, he resolved them quickly, ensuring our schedule stayed on track. He speaks basic Chinese and is very patient, making communication smooth even if your English is not perfect. A great guide makes all the difference to a trip. Thank you, Caleb, for providing my family and me with an unforgettable and joyful safari experience. I wholeheartedly recommend him!

It's fantastic - Our 7-day safari with Jungle Roam was incredible. We explored Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Maasai Mara. At Nakuru, we were mesmerized by flocks of pink flamingos and spotted rhinos. Our guide, Kush, was exceptional—knowledgeable and passionate. His expertise enriched our journey, making every wildlife encounter and landscape unforgettable.

Unforgettable Safari! - From the first contact they showed us they were a committed agency. Quick answers and with all the information we request. Thank you very much Chessi for your patience! And what to say about our guide John, always punctual, attentive in seeking the best views in our 7 days of safari, very prudent when driving on the crowded routes to our drop off in Watamu. The only thing to improve is to have air conditioning in the vehicle for the long sections. Asante healthy to all the Jungle Roam team, they made us live an unforgettable safari!

Dream made true by this team - Our safari in Kenya was truly one of the most memorable experiences of our lives, and a big reason for that was the incredible team behind it. From the very beginning, mike from Jungleroam safaris was phenomenal. While we were still in the singapore 🇸🇬 he helped us plan every detail of the trip with care and precision. He provided extremely helpful guidance on immigration, vaccinations, and entry requirements, and made sure all restrictions and logistics were handled smoothly. Thanks to Mike , everything felt seamless and stress-free even before we landed in East Africa. The planning was thoughtful, thorough, and perfectly tailored. Francis was the first person we met on the ground. He picked us up and drove us through the 7 days safari. During the drive, he gave us our first real glimpse into East African life and culture. His warmth, stories, and local insights made the journey itself feel like part of the adventure. And finally — and most importantly — our guide and navigator Francis. He was simply extraordinary. Always kind, always smiling, and endlessly accommodating, he ensured we had the best safari experience we could have imagined. He handled a wide range of requests within our group effortlessly, always putting our comfort and safety first. The vehicle was always spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. Francis has an astonishing knowledge of kenyas wildlife — animals, birds, flora, and fauna — and could spot what felt impossible, like leopards hidden high in trees. He consistently positioned us at the best angles and viewpoints, made sure we were always well fed, and guided us with the confidence and expertise of someone who truly knows this land. What stood out even more was his humanity. He often stopped to accommodate spontaneous requests not on our itinerary and even helped stranded passengers on the road, showing genuine kindness and care beyond his role. By the end of the trip, Francis felt like family. I truly cannot recommend him highly enough — if you are doing a safari in Kenya , you must work with Francis After comparing notes with other travelers, we realized just how unique and exceptional our experience was. Kenya was recently voted the best safari destination in the world, and it’s easy to see why. We wholeheartedly recommend Jungleroam and are deeply grateful to their outstanding team — Francis and Mike — for giving us an experience we will cherish forever.

Incroyable - We had an absolutely amazing safari experience! We booked a 7-day safari and Albert was our guide throughout. He made sure we had the best possible safaris, and we saw so many incredible things! Albert was always happy to share all kinds of information about the animals we encountered, and he even took us off the beaten path at times. Most of the time, we were alone, far from the other tourists, which allowed us to fully enjoy our observations. On top of that, he is an excellent driver. Communication with the agency for the booking was very simple and efficient as well. Thank you so much !!!!

Kenya Safari - Winter get-away - Overall, a very enjoyable trip. The Hotel Pick-Up, Payment and General Organization (admissions to parks) was punctual and efficient,. Our captain for the journey was Raheem. The 4x4 Jeep was in good condition (we were 7 people in our group), enough food was provided and accommodation generally provided showers and electricity. I would recommend only if you are comfortable with sleeping in tents as this is primarily a camping trip (there will be insects), if you are not comfortable with camping there is an option to organise nights in Soba Lodges which are more expensive but far more comfortable (speak to the organisers in advance of your trip). February was the best time of the year due to the end of birthing season, lots of baby animals and amazing wild life motives. Masai Mara was by far the most enjoyable park spanning 1500 sq. km and plenty of wildlife, closely followed by the lake tour on Naivasha Lake. Masai Mara, Naivasha and Nakuru were reasonably close, but if I came again I would reduce the length of my trip and avoid the full day driving to Amboseli, which despite its view of Killimanjaro had much fewer wildlife. Helpful tips for future travellers: - bring hand sanitizer, immodium, gravel patches and a little extra TP (not all public bathrooms are stocked. (Mosquito Spray and Sunscreen is a given) - if you really want to play it safe, bring instant noodles or dishes, the food is generally served buffet style and typically in open spaces, but everywhere offers hot water. - bring a camera with zoom, not just a phone (unless it’s the Vivo x300), as animals will still be 50-200m away for the majority of cases - wear cycling shorts, you will be spending the majority of the time in the jeep and the roads are not surfaced, a lot of bouncing involved. - don’t buy in the gift shops during washroom and lunch breaks. The prices are x10 of typical prices that you can get on markets in Nairobi and always always check any card machine amounts before paying. All this being said, the trip overall was a success and we got to see the vast majority of wildlife out here. Recommend to the intermediate/advanced traveller.
