Incroyable - We had an absolutely amazing safari experience! We booked a 7-day safari and Albert was our guide throughout. He made sure we had the best possible safaris, and we saw so many incredible things! Albert was always happy to share all kinds of information about the animals we encountered, and he even took us off the beaten path at times. Most of the time, we were alone, far from the other tourists, which allowed us to fully enjoy our observations. On top of that, he is an excellent driver. Communication with the agency for the booking was very simple and efficient as well. Thank you so much !!!!

Professionalism goes hand in hand with passion, and Jeff is the soul of the journey. - Jeff, as our leader, not only has a wealth of expertise and experience, but with his unique personal charm and enthusiasm, he has added countless highlights to the journey. From trip planning to on-site explanations, from security guarding to emergency response, Jeff has shown great professionalism and responsibility. During the tour, we benefited from Jeff's presentation. Not only did he give details about the habits and migration patterns of various wildlife, but he also shared many interesting stories about African culture and history. Seven successful days together taught him two words in Chinese, crap! Oh, shit.

A good guide means everything. - The cost performance is very high. Amboseli saw elephants and Kilimanjaro, and also saw amazing cheetahs. Naivasha is staying in a hotel, and there is a crescent island where you can walk around casually. What is more amazing is that many monkeys, zebras and giraffes in the hotel and hippos will also come to the hotel at night. Nakaru is a rhinoceros watcher. The red flamingo is not as big as Amboselido. The hotels are all around the lake. Masai Mara has the most animals. Lions and leopards can definitely see it, and so can rhinos. All this is because we have a good guide, solomon.

All Inclusive experience - JungleRoam was quick and responsive from the beginning. Chesi did a great job communicating about all the options and prices that we can access to. They were really good adjusting to our needs even giving us a gluten-free diet. Once the journey started, we couldn’t ask for a better driver than Ken. He was very kind, always aware of our needs and willing to wake up early to contemplate the sunrise as the first ones in the different parks. I highly recommend SafariRoam and Ken as a driver.

A nice trip - A nice tour, I saw too many real animals just around me. Peter, the tour guide, told me a lot about animals and people in Kenya. Peter是很棒的导游,听他讲了很多动物的事情和人的故事。如果你可以对外界包有好奇心,友好平等的和他人交流,不吝啬小费,你会收获不一样的体验。

Jeff: An Incredible Guide Who Made Our Safari Unforgettable - Jeff was the best guide we could ever ask for — always on time, professional, strong yet gentle. He made us feel completely safe and cared for. His eye for spotting animals is incredible — he always found them first, from rhinos to leopards and cheetahs. Even after long days, he’d still clean the car and make sure everything was perfect. Truly kind, reliable, and passionate — our safari wouldn’t have been the same without him.

Kenya Safari - Winter get-away - Overall, a very enjoyable trip. The Hotel Pick-Up, Payment and General Organization (admissions to parks) was punctual and efficient,. Our captain for the journey was Raheem. The 4x4 Jeep was in good condition (we were 7 people in our group), enough food was provided and accommodation generally provided showers and electricity. I would recommend only if you are comfortable with sleeping in tents as this is primarily a camping trip (there will be insects), if you are not comfortable with camping there is an option to organise nights in Soba Lodges which are more expensive but far more comfortable (speak to the organisers in advance of your trip). February was the best time of the year due to the end of birthing season, lots of baby animals and amazing wild life motives. Masai Mara was by far the most enjoyable park spanning 1500 sq. km and plenty of wildlife, closely followed by the lake tour on Naivasha Lake. Masai Mara, Naivasha and Nakuru were reasonably close, but if I came again I would reduce the length of my trip and avoid the full day driving to Amboseli, which despite its view of Killimanjaro had much fewer wildlife. Helpful tips for future travellers: - bring hand sanitizer, immodium, gravel patches and a little extra TP (not all public bathrooms are stocked. (Mosquito Spray and Sunscreen is a given) - if you really want to play it safe, bring instant noodles or dishes, the food is generally served buffet style and typically in open spaces, but everywhere offers hot water. - bring a camera with zoom, not just a phone (unless it’s the Vivo x300), as animals will still be 50-200m away for the majority of cases - wear cycling shorts, you will be spending the majority of the time in the jeep and the roads are not surfaced, a lot of bouncing involved. - don’t buy in the gift shops during washroom and lunch breaks. The prices are x10 of typical prices that you can get on markets in Nairobi and always always check any card machine amounts before paying. All this being said, the trip overall was a success and we got to see the vast majority of wildlife out here. Recommend to the intermediate/advanced traveller.
