Booking Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent 3 days prior to your service to verify the pick-up time and location.
Note: Changes to bookings are not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

Driver Contact

Your driver will reach out via WhatsApp within 24 hours before pick-up. Please respond to ensure smooth coordination.

Airport Pick-Up

Flight tracking is used by default. Your driver will monitor your flight and wait up to 90 minutes after landing.
If you prefer a specific pick-up time, please contact customer service in advance. Without a request, the flight tracking setting will be used.

City / Hotel Pick-Up

The driver will wait in the car for up to 20 minutes at the scheduled time. Vehicle details will be sent via WhatsApp.

Flight Delays

If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please inform us at least 6 hours in advance.
Without notice, the service will proceed as originally scheduled.

Luggage

Each passenger is allowed one 24-inch suitcase. Additional or oversized luggage may require extra seats.
If the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver may refuse the service.
