Great Service - Our private transfer from Tokyo airport to our hotel went as well as it could have. We were greeted as we exited customs, which was certainly very helpful for first-time visitors to Japan. Our driver effectively navigated rush our traffic and we arrived safely at our hotel. What was also very helpful was the proactive communication via WhatsApp; prior to our departure, upon arrival and at the end of the ride.

Great airport pickup. - everything was perfect. Met us right at the arrival gate with a sign for my name. Very easy. The vehicle was great and very clean and comfortable. Driver was a very safe driver and very polite.

Reliable and Easy to Book Narita Transfer - Great experience. Very easy to book. The operator contacted me a few days before departure. They were tracking my flight and messaged when I landed to text them when we were waiting for bags. The driver was waiting with a sign outside customs. The car was very clean and comfortable and the driver couldn’t have been nicer. I would definitely book again.

Disappointing airport transfer - We are a very poor experience with our airport transfer at Tokyo Our driver was not waiting for us where he was meant to be and we had to send a message to Viator to find him. The driver was very rude did not say hello and it fact did not not say one word for the entire trip. He was in a bad mood. Grappled one case and just walked off. We had to follow him with 3 cases and struggled to keep up. He did not open the car car door for us and just sat in the car. He was an erratic driver driving at 140 kms in 100 kms zone and we were quite scared. Would not use this service again
