Great tour experience - My wife, our friend, and I were lucky enough to ride the trolley tour today, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Our driver, Mark, filled in a lot of detail after the recorded sections played, pointed out someother hidden details of the city and even made some food/restaurant recommendations to us. The tour lasted a little over two hours, but was informative and pointed out sections of the city we will go back and visit. Well worth the time and money for this.

Naples - Excellent preview for things to do while in the Naples area! Very informative with a delightful tour guide who shared interesting information.

An Enthusiastic & Lovely Tour! - I went w/ my husband & kids to meet up w/ family in Naples for the NYE Holiday. Early in the morning, I went w/ my immediate family on the Trolley Tour. It was lovely. Our Tour Guide was so lively, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable-- so full of energy: a true delight! Thank You, James for a memorable tour. Naples is just beautiful/ & to top it off, such a beautiful day. I highly recommend this tour!

Fun Experience! - We did the whole loop and it was so fun to learn the history of Naples. The driver was welcoming and accommodating.

Talk talk talk - The tour was nice. We saw a lot of new things…. BUT, the tour guide talked non-stop from the moment we got on the tour until we departed. He did not stop talking. And yes, he’s a tour guide , but we heard stories about his shopping trip to Macys, about him telling his wife if he goes bald he would wear a “rug” (I am bald with no “rug), to stories about the different types of palm trees, to jokes the red head female passenger, and his many different assignments and fancy clients he transported, his kids, and his opinion on allowing dogs in restaurants, blah blah blah The focus was clearly not to educate us on Naples…he was focused solely on himself. He did not recommend a single place to eat and ever so briefly discussed shopping… he was actually horrible. We left the trip knowing more about the driver than Naples. As the title says, talk talk talk… but in the end, we knew more about the driver.

Tour canceled night before with no explanation- still waiting for my refund - 1 - tour never happened. So disappointed

Don't waste your time and money on this Trolley Tour. - Our 4th trolley tour/ hop on hop off experience on a trip from NJ to Bonita Springs and it was the only one that was a total waste of time and money. Charleston SC, Savannah, GA, and St. Augustine FL are superb, informative, and fun. We expected to learn about the history of the city of Naples and southwest FL but instead heard about hotel and business landmarks by a pre-recorded audio and multi-million dollar home areas and places to eat or shop the driver recommended. Views of the beach and Gulf were limited to a glimpse between hotels and highrises. The trip is 30 miles in 90 minutes so the driver had to go very fast and 2 in our party of 4 felt sick. The time between trolleys at any stop is 1 hr and 45 minutes so if you don't arrive at a stop on time you are stuck waiting another 1 hr and 45 minutes. Guests had to ask what stop we were at. Our party exited at stop 9, Naples Grand Beach Resort. After exiting the trolley we were told by the property guard, not the driver, that the hotel is closed for renovation and that we had to walk down a hill & through a parking lot to get on a golf cart for 3/4 mile trip to the beach. When we returned we had to call the company to make sure the Trolley would stop at #9 to pick us up. We learned there was going to be a 45 minute wait. It was hot, there was no place to sit, and limited shade. According to the guard the trolley company was notified the hotel was closed and suggested they remove the stop from the tour. Obviously the Trolley company ignored the notice. At that point we were so hot, uncomfortable, and disgusted with the quality of the tour we took an Uber back to the starting point. The Trolley tour is a total disappointment in a beautiful city.

Unreliable company - We never had the tour because when we got there in the morning they had taken one trolley off and they were only running every two hours. We had an afternoon boat tour so we were not able to take the trolley With them going every two hours. We were told this happens often. I don’t know how the tour is but I certainly know that this company is not reliable. Would not recommend They did give us a full refund but it didn’t compensate for ruining our plans
