Shannon was great and the tour was great but we first stopped at the whiskey place and it was ridiculously long. We waited for about 45 minutes to get the tour started, the tour wasn't very engaging - more like a lecture, and then when we drank we kept getting in trouble for being loud. It was as if he didn't know we just got off a bus with a beer tap on it. The tour ended up taking longer than expected which was hard since a few of us have kids and had to adjust babysitter times. Other than that, FLO and the last spot were AMAZING and we had a great time regardless. Fun times!

Great event and all was really good. The only thing to recommend is a few snacks to absorb the first round. We did the whisky tour first at 4:30pm and didn't get to he next stop until about 6:20pm. Very fun and informative tour!!

This was the WORST brewery tour I have ever been on in my life. First, the bus we were on was SO RICKETY that when traveling down the highway at 55 mph, it was so loud and shaky that I could not hear my husband speak 5 inches away from me. It caused all of the "beer on tap," --a cheap Laguanitas--to be so foamy, it took almost 25 minutes for it to settle enough to drink. Secondly, the bus was dirty, and smelled like cattle. The distillery, sonoma distillery, the tour guide spent way too much time on the tour, talking about irrelevant things, then when it came to sampling the whiskey, it was terrible! Hardly palatable and I like whiskey normally! Next stop was the cider tasting. We were taken to a DIVE BAR in Healdsburg, where we were sat at a table with laminated placemats and small mason jars were filled with cider for us. The waitress just poured the cider and then left. When we asked her about the cider and its creation, she would reply, "I don't know anything about it, I just pour it." So so so ridiculous for a tour where we were supposed to get a "tour" and information on the creation of the cider as advertised. Finally, to the brewery, Cooperage, where we were dropped off by our driver, katherine. No tour, no information about the beers. Just a drop off, and a suggestion to buy food at the shady food truck parked out front if we were hungry. Luckily, we read the email and ate ahead of time so we didn't have to eat. If I had wanted a wanted a sketchy drop off at various places to consume alcohol, I would have taken public transportation--however, spending upwards of $100 for two people to receive essentially a school bus ride to the distillery, bar, and brewery is absurd. Not only was the ride terrible, but NONE OF THE TASTINGS WERE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE! Granted, after looking back at the website, it was not listed as such and it was my fault for assuming they would be included, however, the price for the "tours" to me indicated we should have received much more for the price we paid. The only real positive about the experience was that Katherine, the driver, was sweet and tried hard to please all guests--however, with the framework of the tour in general, it was a lost cause. If you want a good beer, and to learn a few things about brewing in Napa/Sonoma counties, do yourself a favor: save your money, take an Uber, and go to the breweries yourself. You are guaranteed to have a much better time and probably learn a few things.
