Daytime visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll in Ritchey Canyon on the Redwood Trail to view the delicate ferns and listen to the water splashing down the rocky creekbed. Bring your wine and cheese and picnic under the towering Douglas Firs.

Napa Valley boasts some of the most picturesque hiking paths in the region renowned for its wines, making them the perfect complement to a wellness getaway in the vineyard-studded countryside. During our adventure, we’ll discuss the history of the terrain, the variety of animals and greenery found in the valley, and the dynamics of Napa Valley’s distinct ecosystem. Our exploration will take us through the Redwood Canopy and a seasonal stream nestled in the heart of the Mayacamas Mountains. The course spans 3.25 miles and involves minimal climbing.
