• Kosmitis Suites & Villas - Twice a week, on Tuesday and Saturday evenings, the chef offers a delightful six-course tasting menu, which can be perfectly complemented with five glasses of unique Greek wines.
  The Aegean tasting menu draws inspiration from traditional Cycladic fish recipes, presented with a contemporary twist.
  Wine tasting is optional and available at 40 euros per person.

Aegean Gastronomy Nights are hosted twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Participation is limited, allowing our chef to craft a unique six-course menu, offering an almost private dining experience.

Our chef specializes in fish-based dishes, utilizing local ingredients and freshly caught seafood from the same day, forming the core of the menu.

Five wine labels, including Asyrtiko from Santorini, Malagouzia from Paros, Robola from Kefalonia, Mosholfilero from Mantineia, and the sweet Malagouzia from Macedonia, can complement the Aegean Gastronomy Nights. Each wine is carefully selected to pair perfectly with the courses served. The wine tasting, which accompanies the Aegean tasting menu, is optional and priced at 40 euros per person.
