Into the Heart of the Namib Desert

Our final day in the Namib Desert was spent exploring the Sesriem Canyon, a natural wonder carved by the Tsauchab River over millions of years. The cooler morning hours provided the perfect opportunity to delve into the canyon’s depths, where the towering walls offered a welcome respite from the desert sun. As we wandered through the canyon, our guide shared fascinating insights into the geological history of the area and the diverse array of desert-adapted species that thrive here.
