Wine Tasting at Nikoladze Wine House – A Journey Back to Our Roots

The wine tasting experience is hosted at Nikoladze Wine House, a charming family-owned winery situated just a 30-minute drive from Kutaisi. Guests will have the opportunity to sample three unique white wines, two red wines, and two types of Chacha—Georgia’s traditional grape vodka. One Chacha is smooth and refined, while the other is raw and pure, distilled directly from grapes.

Participants will learn about the traditional Georgian winemaking process, including fermentation techniques and the ancient tools still used to create what is often regarded as Georgia’s sacred drink. To enhance the tasting experience, a selection of local cheeses is offered, accompanied by fresh Georgian bread or homemade khachapuri.
