Maasai Mara National Reserve - The journey to Maasai Mara begins with an 8:00 AM pickup from your hotel in Nairobi. En route, there will be a short 10-15 minute stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to take in the breathtaking scenery. Upon reaching Maasai Mara, lunch will be served at the camp before checking in. In the afternoon, embark on a sunset game drive in the Mara Reserve from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Afterward, return to the camp for a buffet dinner and relaxation.

Full Day Game Drive in Masai Mara Reserve

Maasai Mara National Reserve - After a delightful breakfast around 7:00 AM, the day is dedicated to exploring Maasai Mara, with the main aim of spotting the Big Five. A picnic lunch will be provided in the park at midday. During the adventure, visit the site of the annual wildebeest migration and observe the resident crocodiles and hippos along the Mara River. Maasai Mara hosts one of nature’s most remarkable events—the Great Migration, often called the “seventh wonder of the world.” Each year, over 1.5 million wildebeest migrate from Tanzania’s Serengeti in search of water and grazing, with predators such as lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas, and vultures in pursuit.

Maasai Mara to Nairobi

Maasai Mara National Reserve - After an early breakfast, check out and begin the drive back to Nairobi. A brief stop at a Maasai Village offers a cultural experience, providing insight into the Maasai community and an opportunity to interact with the locals. The journey continues to Nairobi, with a light complimentary lunch served at a traveler’s motel along the way. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be dropped off at your hotel.
