Excellent walking tour... - Excellent walking tour around central Nairobi. Jacqueline (the guide) was very pleasant, had excellent English and gave a very good overview of the different parts/buildings in Nairobi as well as historical and current cultural information. N.B. the Convention Centre shuts to both tourists and local visitors when there are government meetings/summits/conferences going on which means you can't go to the top to look down over Nairobi.

Excellent experience for a city history tour - Leah is a very friendly and knowledgeable person who showed us around the Nairobi city, introducing all sorts of old and modern history, and made good recommendations for restaurants and other shops. We were so happy to have Leah on our first day right after arriving Nairobi, and we enjoyed our tour immensely with her. Thank you!

See the real Nairobi - The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a good highlights to Kenya's history. It was great to see the real life around us and understand the dynamics of the city - something you don't usually get as a tourist. We were a family of 4 , 2 adult sons and we all enjoyed it. Views at the end were stunning. I feel I know Nairobi better as a result of this tour.

Great tour in Nairobi. I... - Great tour in Nairobi. I really felt so safe as we went out with two guides. Overall I was in Kenya to do Safaris, however after this walking tour I am now convinced that a walking tour also have to be done by anyone visiting Nairobi. We also received bracelets, fruits salad and Kenyan sweets including the price.

Unprofessional Tour Guide Skips Most Advertised Stops - My wife and i were excited to do this tour during our 30 hour stop in Nairobi during our honeymoon. It was one of the few activities we planned. We did learn a bit about Kenyan culture and history but the guide, Dennis, skipped more than half of the stops listed on the tour. Some stops, like the Jeevanjee Gardens, we only saw from a block and a half away. He said it wasn’t safe to go inside the park which was rather ironic as he spent the first 15 minutes of the tour sharing his opinion about how unsafe the United States is. Other stops, like the area to get our shoes shined or the place to get a fruit salad, were completely skipped. It wasn’t a walking tour but rather a long cab ride into traffic in which he managed to insult Nigerians, Ugandans, Indians, the US as country and Black Americans specifically. He had assumptions about most of his guests, including their teenage daughters on the tour, and even joked that he’d take my wife from me. The whole thing was very strange and a waste of time. I enjoyed hearing about the history of Kenya, but there are better, more professional, tours in Nairobi.
