Well organized - Despite the heavy rain John make sure we were picked on time. We ended this Trip with guide John I can say don't miss this trip to nairobi national park, it's is very near nairobi city. I recommend them.

Clearer indication that a... - Clearer indication that a 4x4 does not mean a Land Cruiser but a minibus. More guiding by the guide.

Nairobi national park was beautiful.. - The driver was good, but car was a total crap.. You can not talk with people in it. The noise inside the car was terrible.

Terrible do not take this company and the tour - they cancel on the day without any compensation - I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked the tour through TripAdvisor and received a confirmation email about two weeks in advance. I repeatedly asked for details about the pick-up time and place at the airport, but I never received a response, even a day before the tour. I finally contacted TripAdvisor, and they informed me that I would receive the details the next day (tour day) and should wait at a cafe outside the terminal. When I arrived at the airport, I received a text message from the company stating that my tour had been canceled. They claimed that there was a protest in the city, but since we were traveling from the airport to the nearby Nairobi National Park, which was not affected by the protest, they had no reason to cancel the tour. They also stated that there was no alternative available and it was impossible to conduct the tour. The company did not offer any alternatives, and I was left stranded at the airport. I asked the company to provide alternative transportation, but they were unable to do so. I ended up hiring an airport taxi to take me to the park, which was a much better situation. When we arrived at the park, we found that many cars were already there, and the situation was perfect. Several people told me that they had been lied to and that the tour had been canceled because there were fewer people and the payment was discounted. It is not professional to cancel a tour on the day without providing any alternatives. I paid more than ten times the price of the tour with this company, and I am requesting a refund the extra payment i made. I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to avoid being scammed.

Do not use this tour !... - Do not use this tour ! They are not organized at all . They tried to ruin my day . Firstly I booked a tour with them and called them to confirm that they will come on time . Now they called me to tell me that their car broke down , and they wasted 1 hour of my time . They sent a bolt driver to take me to the park and said when I get to the park , I will meet a van that will take me there . Only for me to get to Nairobi national park and they canceled the entire tour . And there was no driver to take me round the Nairobi park . They really frustrated me . Thank God I was able to get someone else to drive me in there . If you don’t want to get disappointed, don’t use them !!
