A great day at Game Drive! - I had an excellent experience with the Live in Love company providing the Jeep, driver and tour guide for my Game Drive at Nairobi National Park. The driver was great and the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We saw so many animals that were new to me from very close proximity and I can strongly recommend that tour and company from my experience.

EXCEPTIONAL - The trip was far better than expected. Chris our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and expertly found every animal ! Highly recommend if you have a short time in Nairobi

Safari in the City! - An amazing, carefree safari!  There is something really remarkable about watching the wild animals in their natural habitat with the city skyline in the background.  Our driver and guide (Jackson) was outstanding in explaining the history and nature of the park,  and the habits and characteristics of the animals. At the entrance of the park , you can see the ivory burn pits, where the government has destroyed all the confiscated ivory siezed from illegal poaching.  Hopefully, their efforts will put an end to this barbaric practice. This tour company is first-rate. Most notably they responded to all our short- notice questions through whatsapp and email very quickly and accurately.  The vehicle provided  was very clean and well maintained, with good shock  absorbers and seats.  Being older and prone to having back issues , this was very much appreciated. There was a stop at the end of the tour for photos with some Maasai people and a souvenir shop.  We were allowed to roam through the shop in peace and quiet with no pressure to buy anything.  We also noticed that this stop is listed as "optional" in the tour description.  We applaud the tour operator for giving us the option. We followed the advice of other reviewers and used the park website to pre-pay the entry fee.  Again, the tour operator helped us with the requirements including the entry gate and vehicle plate number.  When paying you need to include the driver/guide along with the vehicle and passenger information.

Incredible afternoon safari! Booked shared and got a private 4x4 trip with Chris! - AMAZING! We went in the afternoon, and it was only my dad and I and we had booked a shared safari that ended up being private - incredible. We had previously been with another provider to the park earlier in our stay in Nairobi and this car was more comfortable and the better experience. The afternoon tour (3pm) I was worried there would be less animals to see but OH BOY I was wrong! The afternoon tour meant that the park was virtually empty of other cars so way more animals to be seen - as closer up than during our morning game drive. To top it off the 5 minutes into our drive in the park, we passed another driver who told us to follow him to where a pride of lions were sleeping. He did not mention they were sleeping 3 metres from the road and we go to be face to face with 5 sleeping lions!!!!!!! Absolute highlight of my trip to Nairobi, our driver Chris was knowledgeable, polite and a great driver. Would absolutely recommend - as we needed to be out of the park by 6:30 we just missed the sunset but saw so many animals.

Safari Tour - We had an amazing safari tour and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything was very well organized and taken care of. Our guides, Elvis and Emanuel, were very friendly & knowledgeable. Elvis gave great explanations throughout the tour and really made the experience come alive. We learned a lot and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended!

Wonderful game drive in Nairobi - Had a wonderful experience with our driver, Chris on a game drive in Nairobi. He arrived early to our hotel and provided excellent service throughout. My husband mentioned he really wanted to see a lion and Chris went out of his way to make sure this happened. He was very knowledgeable and enjoyed the convo about Nairobi life. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Satisfied with the overall experience, despite car trouble - The experience of the offer is generally good. We were unlucky and got trouble with the car along the way, and got stuck for a while at first. When we got out, it was discovered that the clutch was defective. This was solved by one of my fellow travelers, who is a mechanic. Unfortunately, the problem persisted and could not be properly fixed without the necessary tools. We were therefore moved into another vehicle with a new driver. Despite the circumstances, my whole companion remains satisfied with the experience. We saw very many different species and the driver was very knowledgeable and communicated knowledge about the area and the animals in an interesting way!

Friendly service - My driver was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable, though he was 20 min late. There was also a bit of a communication mix up, he had asked me what my plans were for the day, and I told him, but I think he was trying to ask what the itinerary for the booking was. That really shouldn’t be my responsibility to make sure the driver knows what is a part of the package. It resulted in him thinking that he needed to take me somewhere I wasn’t expecting him to, but then the manager wanted me to pay for the extra fare.
