Nice walking tour with great guides - It's a nice walking tour tailored to show some of the sights in Nairobi. The tour guides are very knowledgeable, accommodating and easy to talk to. You are not allowed by law to take pictures in some places, but all in all it's a nice way to see Nairobi and learn more about this city.

A perfect way to become familiar with Nairobi - As soon as I met John I felt at ease. He is very personable and he knows the city well. We walked to various sites in the CBD and downtown and he provided interesting information about the city past and present. He adjusted the pace to my comfort level so I didn't feel rushed. I was also glad to have his presence in the city market, because I otherwise may have just peeked in the door. He has a heart for supporting the youth of Nairobi, and so by the time we wrapped up the tour with a cup of tea in a cafe, I felt that I had made a really nice acquaintance.

KENSIL Tours is a fraud, avoid them - I do not recommend this tour nor any of KENSIL TOURS AND TRAVEL. The tour was booked at 9am, for 3 hours (after I was going to the airport). The guide arrived 9:45, apologizing for the traffic. I decided to request the refund as the tour was not delivering what they promised, they try to convince me with “we do it quickly”. The guide called the owner in front of me and confirmed they will do the refund. However, I only received a partial refund from KENSIL Tours, because I declined to join the tour (which is false, if it starts at 9am I wouldn’t declined). This was a scam. KENSIL don’t care about tourists nor giving a proper service. As it is not reliable, they don’t give a good service, and they don’t care to look for a solution in case of problem, I don’t recommend them. Tourists need solutions not problems when they travel. After traveling already to 115 countries, it is the first time I had a problem with an Operator, thank you KENSIL Tours. What an honor!
