The tour includes a visit to the Soweto Village homesteads, followed by a stop at the Curio Workshop, where you can observe the creativity of residents crafting ornaments from animal bones. The tour continues with visits to nursery schools, a water vendor, and a shower shop, allowing you to interact with the local community. You will then turn right past roadside fish vendors to visit the Biogas plant, which uses human waste to produce biogas for cooking and lighting approximately 200 households once completed. The tour concludes with a visit to a community-based school supported by donations. Finally, you will be escorted back to your vehicle and returned to your hotel or home in Nairobi.
