Hell’s Gate is one of Kenya’s smaller national parks, offering the unique opportunity to explore on foot or by bicycle.
Arrive at Hell’s Gate around mid-morning and begin a two-hour biking tour within the park. Alternatively, some may choose to drive, which is also permitted. Wildlife commonly seen here includes bushbucks, dik-diks, giraffes, gazelles, gnus, hartebeests, impalas, klipspringers, buffaloes, hyraxes, zebras, hyenas, jackals, mongooses, baboons, monkeys, and porcupines, among others. The park has historically been a significant habitat for the rare lammergeyer vultures.
At 1 pm, enjoy lunch at Naivasha Fisherman’s Camp at your own expense.
