The tour operator insisted on changing the pick-up time from 1:30 pm to 1:00 pm. It took 40 minutes of tense negotiations to get a pick-up at the chosen time. The experience that followed was terrible. The guide confused antelopes with impalas, was stingy with information, and didn't stop to allow us to observe and photograph the few animals present. Furthermore, the weather was stormy. The animals were therefore sheltered and invisible. Finally, after three nights of rain, some areas were swampy. A passenger asked us to go closer to a waterhole to see a crocodile. The van got stuck in the mud. It took 45 minutes to get out. A smart and experienced guide would have refused to take any risks. This demonstrates a lack of understanding of the park's environment and its risks. The day ended in a thunderstorm. Profit for this tour operator. A disastrous experience for the clients.
