Visitors can learn about the elephants’ stories, their care, and the process of reintroducing them to the wild. Witness the orphaned baby elephants being fed their specially formulated milk and, if nearby, have the chance to touch them.
- KOBE TOUGH Beads & Leather - Guests will be transported to the Kobe Beads Centre, a pottery company renowned for creating some of the world’s most beautiful beads. The tour covers all stages of production from start to finish. This unique charity employs single mothers from impoverished neighborhoods, providing them with a livelihood to support their families. It serves as a women’s empowerment center for the community. Visitors have the option to be driven for lunch and later dropped off at their hotel, apartment, or the airport for their flight.
- Nairobi National Park - (OPTIONAL) Experience Nairobi National Park, located just 7 km from the bustling city center, where you can see four of the Big Five (excluding elephants) against the backdrop of the city’s skyscrapers. As Kenya’s first National Park, it offers a unique and pristine wildlife sanctuary within view of the city’s skyline. Visitors can spot rhinos, buffaloes, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, lions, and numerous antelopes and gazelles roaming the open plains, highland forests, and bush country. Bird enthusiasts can enjoy over 300 bird species, including the Secretary bird, crowned cranes, vultures, and woodpeckers. After exploring the park, guests can visit the elephant sanctuary within the park to enjoy the baby elephants.
