Some of our best experiences ever. Memories that will last a lifetime! - Amazing!!!!! Some of the best experiences ever! We did a 10 day safari starting in the Masaai Mara, then Lake Nakuru, Lake Niavasha, Amboseli, Tsavo East and Tsavo West. From the initial contact with Big Mac, everything has been first class. John our guide/driver made our dreams come true. He was polite, courteous, very knowledgeable and experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed our safari with him and would highly recommend John, he made sure we saw all of the animals and got the best shots. We stayed in 5 different lodges and all had something we loved. We cannot wait to come back to Kenya and will be choosing Big Mac for our next Safari!

Masaai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivesha, Amboseli, Tsavo West & Tsavo East - This has been the most magical and incredible trip. We have memories that will last our lifetime. From first enquiring with Big Mac and emailing with Josephat everything has been amazing. The hotels/Lodges/staff & experiences are first class. Our guide/driver John has been fantastic,ensuring we got to see everything on our wishlist, including my husband's dream to see full grown male lion, we saw two together on our last game drive this evening just before returning to the Lodge. The photos we have (thousands) will be treasured and talked about often. This has been one of the best experiences ever! If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd give them 10⭐ Highly recommend Big Mac Kenya!

Fantastic Safari - Beautiful places (especially the Masai Mara) where we saw all the animals of the savannah. Our driver and guide Isaac was organized, reliable and considerate. We were lucky (or maybe they paired us according to age?) to find a beautiful company on the same page that made the trip even more fun. We chose the 'middle range accommodation' and the lodges were really good (except for the one near Nakuru Lake). We were also kindly booked the hotel in Nairobi and transfers to/from the airport. Overall excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend Big Mac to friends and family!

Amazing tour! - It was an amazing tour. We spent six day with excellent experience, and I encourage people to join this tour in the future. The driver named Danielle is great. He is so kind and helpful.

Greatest family trip! Our kids loved it! - We just returned home to Utah from a week long spring break Safari trip with Big Mac safari. It was our first time to Africa and it was amazing! Great experience start to finish. Antony went above and beyond to do his best to find the big 5 and it was a success. We saw so many animals and stayed at awesome camps with great service and great food. We’ll recommend BigMac to anyone we know who plans to go to Kenya for a safari!

Amazing Experience! - Excellent Tour and Guide. Lodging and meals were better than expected. We would recommend Big Mac Safari's and recommend you ask for Ben Njuguna as your tour guide. Ben's experience and knowledge of the parks was exceptional. He knew where to look and when to stay and be patient to see the all the animals, not just the Big Five. We were fortunate enough to see not just the Big Five, but the Big Six (The Leopard). Communication before the Safari was excellent. The tour company made sure the hotels and staff were aware of some dietary needs and they were right on time picking us up. We noticed several other tour companies whose guides rushed their customers and did not seem to take the time or energy to show all the beauty of the parks and various animals. We highly recommend Big Mack Safari's to anyone considering a Safari in Kenya.

Great! - The hotels were all wonderful. The food outside of the hotels could be better Can do a better job of assigning hotel rooms based on the number of people in the family

Experience of a lifetime! - Prices were very good for the accomodations and jeep. Joseph, our guide/driver was absolute adorble and amazing. So kind and knowledgeable about animals we saw. He went out of his way to accommodate my picky-eater American 7 year-old for meals while traveling from one park to another. I left my make-up bag at the last lodge and Joseph went back to retrieve it and shipped it to me to my hotel in Zanzibar!!!! I highly recommend this company.

CONTRACT NOTHING WITH THEM, it's a mistake. - The worst decision of the entire trip to Kenya was to hire this Enterprise. On the first day we paid them ALL the amount they asked for, trusting the Enterprise. MISTAKE, DON'T DO IT. The first day the car was damaged and twice and we went a whole afternoon without our bags and belongings because the car was 36 hours in the workshop, the Enterprise did not want to send us a new car (although they said that if necessary, LIE). At night we were told that the next day at 6am the car and the driver would be at the hotel to be able to do the safari for Masai Mara. What happened? Nobody showed up and we had to fix it ourselves talking to the hotel and BigMac. To our surprise our driver John, had only paid half the day and not the full day to the snowy driver to do the safari. So we had to negotiate and discuss again. And so, day after day. John, the driver, from 4pm wanted to drop us off at the hotel and was leaving, with our gas, to do not know where. Enterprise continually justifies you. And EVERY DAY, EVERY AFTERNOON, we have to discuss with the Enterprise and the driver. Not having ANY freedom to move where we want and when we want. On the sixth day we have a huge argument with John, who doesn't show up all day. We call the Enterprise again and this time they send us a new driver and car, because John won't pick up their phone either. It seems that everything improves with Sthepen, very nice, but NO. Our surprise comes when, after the Abysmal Service and all the problems, the Enterprise asks us for money for the Gasoline (as the driver was almost never with us and did NOT GUN safari with us, who knows how much gas was actually spent?). After ANOTHER great discussion and being able to leave behind once and for all the negative experience, we pay EVERYTHING they ask us to return the shoes of one of us who were in John's car and we had not been without them for 4 days, neither is that important. In short, they only want MONEY and save the most with a Service practically nonexistent because all the solutions are you. they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and do not trust them at any time, especially neither John nor Marjolein (the one of the office).
