Arrive in Nairobi

Nairobi - Arrive at JKIA Airport in Nairobi, where a representative will greet you. After a brief introduction, transfer to your City Hotel. Spend the morning relaxing upon arrival. In the late afternoon, a guide will pick you up for a city center tour, including visits to the Giraffe Center and Karen Blixen Museum, followed by dinner at the Carnivore Restaurant, where you can enjoy an “All You Can Eat” game meat experience. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park - Begin the safari by departing Nairobi early in the morning, driving to the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro, where Amboseli National Park is located. After checking in at the park gate, enjoy a game viewing drive en route to your lodge. Arrive in time for lunch and spend the afternoon relaxing. The afternoon game viewing drive starts at 4:00 PM, lasting two hours, as you search for lions, large elephant herds, and enjoy the sunset. Return to the lodge for dinner and evening relaxation.

Amboseli National Park

Observation Hill - Start the day early with a morning game viewing drive at 6:00 AM, searching for the Big 5 wildlife. Witness the sunrise and view pink flamingos at the lake. The highlight of the morning is seeing the peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro (weather permitting). Return to the lodge for a buffet breakfast, then check out and transfer to another park hotel. After lunch, enjoy swimming or relax in rooms overlooking the park. Participate in a Maasai Cultural Tour from 4:00 PM and an evening drive to find animals not previously seen. Return to the lodge for dinner and entertainment.

Amboseli to Lake Naivasha

Lake Naivasha - After an early breakfast, check out of the hotel at 6:30 AM. Enjoy a game drive as you bid farewell to Amboseli National Reserve. Drive to Lake Naivasha, arriving for lunch and check-in. At 4:00 PM, embark on a boat ride for bird watching and hippo spotting. Visit Crescent Island for a walking safari at the “Out of Africa” site, capturing close-up photos of giraffes, wildebeests, and antelopes (no big cats here). Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Naivasha to Maasai Mara

Maasai Mara National Reserve - Depart Naivasha early at 6:30 AM after breakfast, driving through the Rift Valley escarpments to the Maasai Mara Plains. Enjoy a game drive en route to your luxury tented camp. Arrive for lunch and spend the afternoon relaxing. Head out for an evening game viewing drive, searching for the Big 5 and other animals. Enjoy the sunset as you return to the camp. Dinner and overnight entertainment at the camp.

Maasai Mara - Game Drives

Mara Triangle - Experience a full day of game viewing after breakfast. Explore the Mara plains, driving through the savannah in search of wildlife, including the Big 5. Enjoy lunch by the Mara River and witness the great Wildebeest Migration (July to September). Continue the drive, stopping at the border of Maasai Mara and Serengeti National Reserve for photos. On the last day, enjoy a Cultural Visit at the Maasai Manyattas, interacting with the locals. Evening dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru

Lake Nakuru National Park - Start the day with an optional Hot Air Balloon Ride over the Maasai Mara and a Champagne breakfast (available for $450 per person). Alternatively, enjoy a morning game drive at 6:00 AM to spot animals not yet seen. Return to the lodge for breakfast and check out. Enjoy a game drive en route as you leave the Maasai Mara. Arrive at Lake Nakuru for a late lunch. After relaxing in your room, head out for a game drive to see rhinos, pink flamingos, and other wildlife. Evening dinner at the lodge.

Lake Nakuru to Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Ol Pejeta Conservancy - Depart after checking out at 7:00 AM, with a game drive en route to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Check in, have lunch, and relax. Engage in an evening game viewing drive, visiting the Chimpanzee Sanctuary and Baraka the Blind Rhino. Optional activities include a Night Game Viewing Drive and horse riding.

Ol Pejeta Conservancy to Nairobi

Nairobi - After breakfast, check out and drive back to Nairobi at 10:00 AM, with stopovers for shopping. Drop off at your Nairobi residence, concluding an amazing safari experience.

Nairobi to Home

Nairobi - After a wonderful bush getaway, check out of your hotel by 10:00 AM and transfer to the airport for your flight home.

Consider extending your bush safari with a visit to the white sandy beaches to unwind.
