Best Tour Company in El Salvador - EC Tours San Salvador is an incredible tour company. I booked 3 tours with them: - Santa Ana & Lake Coatepeque - Ruta de las Flores with coffee farm and Cafe Albania - Suchitoto and lake Ilopango Gerson, my tour guide for all 3 days, was a fantastic guide. He was very knowledgeable regarding the history of El Salvador, the geographical area and fun facts about the visited areas/country. He was very professional and didn’t rush us throughout all tours. On each tour, he proposed an off the beaten path option which ended up being some of my favorite experiences on the tours. His English & of course Spanish was at full proficiency. So it was really easy to communicate with Gerson. We wouldn’t have made it far without our precision drivers, Sandra & Nelson. I’m not sure if you are familiar with El Salvador’s traffic/roads. Sandra & Nelson both provided a smooth & safe ride to all our destinations. Overall, I really enjoyed taking tours with EC Tours San Salvador. Vanessa managed my reservations. The level of communication from all team members was extraordinary. The tours always started on time. The company will work with you to help customize the tours. I really appreciated the fact that the tour groups were small. (Under 8 people) In my case, we were 2 on my first tour, 3 on my second tour and alone on my last one. It allowed for a customized/intimate tour. I highly recommend booking your tours with EC Tours San Salvador. The next time I visit, I plan on doing the following tours with them: Seven waterfalls and hot springs Mayan ruins El Tunco surf city tour Tips: Bring some cash, sunscreen, water, comfortable shoes and swim trunks for the lake tours.

Wonderful persinalized experience! - Highly recommend! We were so grateful to have Steve as our guide again! He is absolutely the best. Our driver Sandra was an added bonus. Steve personalized this tour to fit our group and our interests. He took extra time to research and accommodate our 2 vegetarian family members. He was so knowledgeable about the history of el salvador and all the stops on our route and really made it fun!!! It felt like touring with an extra member of the family rather than a tour guide. Great tour - I had a great time, Wendy and Alessandro are super nice guides. We had a nice program of visiting the villages, and they gave many recommendations and comments throughout. I particularly liked stopping for boiled Yuca in one place. For my taste, I enjoy having even more input as it relates to history, anecdotes than in this tour, but still learned and saw a lot!

Ruta de las Flores - don't hesitate just book! - Jonathan and Gerson were amazing guides on our tour. They were really accommodating, fun, informative, and treated us like royalty. Booking with EC Tours was also really easy. They were flexible, very responsive, and reasonably priced. 100% recommend them and would book with them again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Tour - This was an amazing tour. We enjoyed each stop to the max. We learned so much from the history, culture, food, and some traditions of this beautiful country. Beautiful day visiting the colonial towns of El Salvador - I really enjoyed my day visiting all the colonial towns and getting to taste some delicious coffee.
