Located about 24 miles from Kathmandu, Nagarkot stands at an elevation of 7,200 feet (2,195 meters). Witness the sunrise from the Nagarkot View Tower, where the guide will highlight various Himalayan ranges, including the Annapurna Range, the Mansiri Range, the Langtang Range, the Everest Range, and the Rolwaling Range.
From this point, travelers will follow a narrow walking trail to the village of Rohini Bhanjyang, offering spectacular views of the Himalayan ranges. The rugged path continues through the small hamlets of Kankre and Tanchok to Tusal, then ascends through farms and farmland to Opi.
After hiking for about an hour, travelers will arrive at the breathtaking hill station of Dhulikhel, renowned for its majestic natural beauty.
