- Changunarayan - The area of Changunarayan is named after one of the oldest and most revered Hindu temples in Nepal, situated atop a hill in the Bhaktapur district, approximately 12 kilometers east of Kathmandu. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the temple is a masterpiece of traditional Nepali architecture and is believed to date back to the 4th century. It is richly decorated with intricate wood and stone carvings, showcasing the artistic excellence of the Licchavi period. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the hike concludes near this temple.
Visiting the temple is optional based on your preference, and the entrance fee is not included. You will explore it independently.

Amazing sunrise and hike - The sunrise was absolutley stunning. Absolutley worth going up early in the morning. I can also highly recommend the hike. Our guide Anon was very nice and made sure we all had a great experience. The waterfall and suspension bridge were nice bonuses.

Nagarkot and Bhaktapur- Excellent - Bakrim , our guide, was wonderful. He had expert level knowledge and a friendly demeanor. The pacing was great, and he paused to answer any questions. The driver was also very nice and safe.

Amazing experience with guide Nissan. - It was an Amazing experience taking this activity with our guide Nissan. Nissan took some amazing pictures. He shared the insights of Nepali culture along with details of each mountain peak.

Well-Organized Tour with an Excellent Team - Great experience! Anon was an excellent tour guide—very kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and was always happy to answer questions. The driver was also fantastic: professional, friendly, and made the trip smooth and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful tour with a great team. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to visit - Anon was an excellent tour guide. He was lively and had great jokes. The morning sunrise was spectacular having a 360 degree looking at all the mountains. Would highly recommend doing this tour.

Excellent day trip from Kathmandu - Great way to visit Nagarkot from Kathmandu. Anon did a great job as guide, with good communication, pickup, and explaining everything as we explored. The views of the Himalayas were spectacular along the trail. The hike isn't too difficult either. Try to go on a clear day for better views of the mountains! We had a clear day and could see Everest off in the distance!

Fun and forgettable experience!! - We had a memorable experiences thanks to our guide, Pauni.
We went to Nagarkot, and saw a beautiful sightseeing. While we were there, we ate a lunch box which is good and we chatted.
That was fun!!!
We can't see the whole mountain because there are clouds in the sky, but still we can see a whole city of the valley.
If you chose this tour, I'm sure you can have a really nice time😀

It was great to go and watch the first sunrise! - The guide was kind and cared about us. If you don't have a way to contact us, you won't receive a change in departure time, so it's better to include what's app etc. with your local mobile number etc. You need to be prepared for something like a hike, as you walk over suspension bridges and mountains. There were some who attended schools that seemed to be in the city, but it was better to prepare properly.

Wonderful morning watching the sunrise and a great hike to a temple - Wonderful sunrise view of the Himalayas! We really enjoyed the hike, with nice views, passing rural farm houses with lots of goats, chickens, etc. and peaceful trails through the forest. Stopped for brunch and to warm up in the sun at a lovely stupa & park. The UNESCO temple at the end was magnificent. Nissan was a wonderful guide, very patient and kept checking on those of us who were a bit slower. Highly recommend!
