Monemvasia - After breakfast, the journey continues for about two hours, with stops at charming villages or other points of interest like Leonidio or Kosmas, to reach Monemvasia. Originally separated from the mainland by an earthquake, the Gibraltar-like rock of Monemvasia served as an ideal natural fortress for settlement in the 6th century by locals seeking protection from Slavic invaders.

Mystras - Head north to explore the 800-year-old ruins of the Medieval city and UNESCO site of Mystras, once a center of Byzantine power in the region.
