VVIP Transfers and EV Vehicle Fleet - I had never used Rosie Holiday transfers before when transporting clients. I had VVIP Clients transit through Nadi (Fiji) International Airport to another destination and had a layover of 6 hours. These were VVIP’s which required the highest standard of service and professional chaperone including luxury high end vehicles that were also EV friendly, spacious, comfortable with safe, highly trained and skilled Drivers. Rosie Holiday came through with a last minute request and accommodated the transfer with ease and professionalism. The VVIP’s were thorough satisfied and impressed with the service, which likely convinced them to return again but to stay and use Rosie Holiday’s as their preferred transport and transfer providers. Sanjay is awesome - We were lucky to have Sanjay take us too and from the airport. He is super friendly, knowledgeable and a very safe driver. Made me feel comfortable in the car as it was a smooth trip. Definitely recommend especially SANJAY.

Friendly welcome - Arrived at 4am at Nadi airport to be greeted with a very warm welcome. We then had a private transfer to our hotel by Dev who was excellent. He continued with the warm welcome and took an interest in what we might have planned and offered some recommendations. He couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful

Best private shuttle service from Nadi to the intercontinental hotel - Mesu drove us from the airport to the intercontinental hotel where we were staying. He made us feel so welcomed from the beginning and was so friendly for the whole trip, and even played one of his favourite songs to help us calm our 2yo daughter while she was crying during the ride! I would definitely recommend Rosie Holidays if you need a shuttle service and make sure you ask for Mesu!

Punctual, friendly and high quality - Excellent transfer with friendly chauffeurs Dev and Junior Ali respectively. Car was waiting for us at each departure point. Cars were spotlessly clean, new and the travel commentary was informative. Vinaka!

Great Transfer but low flexibility - Our plane arrived an hour late yet our driver was there waiting with a smile. The car for our group of 4 was comfortable and clean. The driver was a wealth of knowledge on all things Fiji. 5 out of 5 on arrival. I am taking 1 star off because for a lack of flexibility. We had a scheduled return as well (6:40 pm), Rosie picks the time based on your flight. On the day of departure, we were told by Fiji Airlines that we needed to come to the airport earlier than the departure was scheduled to fix a seat issue on our flight ( leave at 5:15-30) When we called the Rosie desk at Intercontinental in early morning, we were told they would try to get us there early but could not guarantee or tell us until later that day. Our driver was supposed to be coming with a party from the airport ( making the trip anyway). When it was 4:15 and we had not heard a word about if we could leave early, we ended up booking a different return from a different company ( Epic- cheaper and same service and vehicle) as we had to ensure earlier departure from the hotel to the airport. When we arrived home Rosie's replied to my email to deny a partial refund saying they do not allow same-day changes as they have allocated all their drivers for the day at that point. The moral of the story- this transfer is where times are dictated by the company and flight time. If you change flights or want to go early like we did, you may be out of luck and locked into the pre-set time like we were if you don't tell them a day or more in advance. Overall, it was a good experience with Rosie on the initial transfer, but be very sure what time you want to leave as you cannot change it the same day.

Poor Resort Staff - While the arrival transfer was smooth with no issues, the pick-up from the hotel was far from ideal. Our return flight to Australia was canceled due to a cyclone in Brisbane, causing a delay of 5 days. As a result, we changed hotels to one literally next door. I called Rosie Holidays to inform them of the change. The day before our scheduled pick-up, I went to the Rosie Holidays desk at the resort’s reception, where I was told that the pick-up had to be from our previous resort (just next door) and that this could not be changed. This didn’t make any sense, as we had only moved next door. I had to take a 1-minute taxi ride to the original resort. To make matters worse, the driver arrived without a child seat, which had been booked in advance. Fortunately, he managed to find one from another driver nearby, but this was an unnecessary inconvenience.

Find a different option - We used Rosie Holidays recently for our transfers recently in Fiji. We paid for a booster seat for our 4 year old but the 3 times we had transfers there was no booster seat. The last transfer didnt even have a seat belt for her!! The drivers drove aggressively and over the speed limit making the drive unpleasant. We contacted Rosie Holidays requesting a refund for the booster seat we never had but paid for but after an initial response from them about it, they no longer respond. I suggest trying a different travel company.
