Carlos’ Food Tour - Carlos was the best tour guide! You can tell his love of local food and culture and it was an amazing morning being shown around Valladolid by him. Highly recommend this tour as you will find hidden gems that can’t be found on google. Also come hungry! We split some of the things and still were stuffed!

Best food tour experience - This food tour in Valladolid was simply the best!! We were in Yucatan for 2 weeks and it was our favourite thing we experienced. We got to try a great variety of food that was all local and insanely good. Our guide Carlos was a absolute legend. He gave us so much information and made the morning so nice for us!!! Yuum bootik Carlos!!

Awesome food tour - We loved our Valladolid food tour. Everything we ate was fantastic, and we got to visit a lot of little local restaurants that wouldn’t have been on our radar otherwise. A really great tour!

Amazing experience, foodies! - Amazing foodie experience in Valladolid, Yucatán! The tour was a treat, with authentic flavors and stunning presentation. Chef Alex is a master of Yucatecan cuisine, and his passion is infectious. Highly recommended for foodies!

Best tamales & panuchos in Merida - It’s such a wonderful tour and pretty interesting places that we visited… the food was delicious specially the “relleno negro” and the “tamales”… I would like to come back to Valladolid or Merida… our guide Alex it’s awesome actually he is a chef… that explains why he knows a lot of spots.. definitely it’s a must while at the Yucatan peninsula.

Highlight of our trip! - Chef Alex took us on an unforgettable food adventure through Valladolid. We visited hidden gems we’d never find on our own, tasting incredible Yucatecan dishes while learning about their history and traditions. Alex’s passion, knowledge, and warmth made the tour feel like exploring with a friend. Absolutely delicious and a must-do!
