Great day at Kuza Beach club - Unfortunately due to weather we were not able to go snorkeling or see the celio location, but the beach club was really great. The waiters are really nice and always looking to see if you need anything. The beach there is really nice, water really calm so everyone can swim in the ocean. There is a small reef right at the surf that had quite a few different fish. Plenty of beach and beach chairs for everyone. Overall great place to spend the day if you are in Cozumel.

Great! - Great price, excellent service. I lost my belly clip somewhere. It’s missing but they gave me lots of run and coke which was very nice. Thank you.

Wonderful day trip, somewhat pricey. - The beach area was beautiful and our kids and grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the snorkeling. Staff on the boat were exceptional. Only comment was that the park closed at 5 pm, and once the cruise ship people started to leave in the afternoon, around 3:30 pm, the staff started to clean up around us and we felt like they were trying to rush us out of the park early.

Something for everyone - The event we had got cancelled because of weather they offered something else or a refund, but for the refund you have to email them... we will see how that works out. It's a pricey beach day, but all inclusive. If you are sober they offer Pepsi and smoothies only. They had a wheelchair type chair to help get people who are disabled through the sand, it wasn't used but I was glad to see something like that. You should expect to pay around $35 for a taxi for three people to get there. The trolly will take you into the location, get there early as the ships drop people off after their earlier excursions and in our area there were no chairs left for people. I think it's a great idea for a beach day so everyone can do their own thing including a play place for kids. I only found outdoor showers, no like changing rooms and showers to change for the day.

Park not park - Very little for the price. They are not clear with what the park is under construction and the ratio rate versus beach service very bad.

Good but be careful - Kuza beach resort is a nice place but lock your things up because they will steal your things, they stole my cell phone and did nothing i even sent them the address where we pinged the phone at and still refused to help, the police would not answer there phone ended up contacting the us embassy to get help we will see, but nice beach good food and drinks worth the money but be careful, I will return and will go to the address with police hopefully

Stressful experience despite deluxe pass - ⭐⭐ Not Cruise-Friendly, Stressful Experience Despite Deluxe Pass We visited Kuza Beach Park on December 24 during a cruise stop in Cozumel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We arrived at 9:30 AM (first guests), but food counters and the open bar didn’t open until 10:00 AM, immediately wasting valuable shore time. As cruise passengers with a 3:30 PM return time, we had to leave by 2:00 PM, so timing mattered a lot. The earliest snorkeling excursion was only at 11:00 AM, which meant most of our visit was spent waiting instead of enjoying the beach, food, or drinks included in the Deluxe Pass. We experienced unnecessary confusion around shaded lounge chairs. We briefly sat under one umbrella and were then asked to move to another (white umbrella), losing more time with no clear explanation. The worst incident happened around 12:30 PM. While three of us were snorkeling, my wife stayed back alone with our child and bags. A staff member approached her and demanded $100 USD just for sitting under a white umbrella, then claimed $400 USD for four adults, even though we already had Deluxe Passes. This caused her significant stress, and she had to move everything and wait for us to return and speak with management. This was completely unacceptable. Staff frequently approached us to upsell additional services, which added more pressure instead of allowing us to relax. Food options were also poor for vegetarians — mainly plain rice, fruits, and small dessert pastries. Between 1:30–2:00 PM, we barely had time to eat before rushing to leave. Snorkeling was also disappointing: Palancar/Colombia Reef stop had no visible reef or marine life At El Cielo, the boat stopped far from the main area with minimal sea life The focus seemed more on taking photos to sell later than providing a good snorkeling experience On top of that, snorkeling gear, life jackets, and towels were all extra and expensive, even with a Deluxe Pass. Final Thoughts Instead of a relaxing beach day, this visit felt rushed, stressful, and poorly coordinated. Kuza Beach Park might work for guests with plenty of time, but it is not suitable for cruise passengers, families with kids, or anyone primarily interested in snorkeling. Recommendation: Cruise travelers with limited time should strongly consider other options closer to port.
