Worth your while! - Jonathan and Lady Luna, and the rest of the crew were absolutely amazing! The hospitality does not stop, and it was such a good time. This non swimmer got into the pretty blue ocean with Luis never leaving my side. This was a great exclusion!

Excellent Enterprise Service. - Excellent Enterprise Service, we went on vacation and for an inconvenience of ours we did not board our vessel and fortunately our Enterprise took us in another vessel called "Lady Laura" in charge of Captain "Gorge" very friendly all and especially the captain. I recommend 10 out of 10.

Amazing tour I highly recommend - Had a very fun time with our tour guides today, for the price I would highly you can’t go wrong you get to explore a beautiful island and stop for snorkelling on the way there too .

Not what we expected - A beautiful experience, was not what we were offered but we tried to enjoy and thanks to Alejandro and Mongui photographer who made us spend a nice day despite what happened the rest leaves much to be desired, they should be more attentive. Excellent people just for them we recommend!

Horror on board - I joined the Caribbean Golden – Laura catamaran excursion expecting a relaxing experience to enjoy the Caribbean sea and nature. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. The atmosphere on board is extremely touristy and almost exclusively party-oriented. The music was kept loud for virtually the entire duration of the excursion, making it impossible to relax, talk quietly or simply listen to the sound of the sea. Instead of enhancing the beauty of the Caribbean landscape, the experience turns into a sort of floating party. Another unpleasant aspect is the alcohol served continuously on board. More than a catamaran trip it feels like a “boat party”, with drinks offered non-stop and an environment that encourages excessive consumption. This contributes to a chaotic climate that is not respectful of the natural environment. The behavior of some passengers also did not help: several tourists, especially Americans, proved to be quite noisy and rude, screaming and occupying the spaces without any consideration for others. It is a shame, because the sea and the Caribbean landscapes are extraordinary and deserve to be lived with calm and respect. Instead, on this hike the beauty of nature takes a complete back seat to the music, alcohol and party atmosphere. I would recommend this experience only to those looking for a boat party. If you want to enjoy the Caribbean sea in peace and truly appreciate its beauty, it is probably better to choose a more authentic and less “touristy” excursion.

Horrible experience. !!! Tourist trap!! - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! TOURIST TRAPPED. Don't lose a whole day of your vacation doing this. We come to Mexico once a year for 10 days, sometimes the weather is bad, so you don’t enjoy the whole vacation. And if you loose a whole day a misleading trip, it’s even worst. From the start it was going not like it was explained and expected. Came to dock at 9:30 left sailing at around 11. Did little bit of snorkeling, it was nice. But be aware it’s only from ages of 13-60. They promised to take us to the beach club first, have a food at buffet. Instead they took us to the north part of the island. We got there around 1 pm and at 2:15 we had to be back on the boat. So the best part of the island we haven’t seen it. because instead of 2 free time hours we only had 1:15. At that time we should’ve abandoned the trip and stay at North Playa instead of going to the worst part of the island “ZAZA beach club”. To the beach club we got at 3:15 and all people were super hungry. Thank God we eat at north beach. The private beach club ZAZA is a place on the WORST side of the island.... Full of seaweed. Water was murky and smelled, and the pool was dirty. They had 2 buffets; one with good food for the people who paid more for their tickets and another buffet in the back for people who came on LADY LAURA. The second buffet is like for locals. Good thing we eat at the restaurant. I don’t see any reason of going there at all.
