• Upon arrival, please identify the line for payed customers or customers with valid reservations, so you wont have to wait on the general line.
• You are a payed customer, so please upon arrival, head directly to the host and show him/her your entrance ticket or voucher, this will help them identify you as a payed customer and provide you access.
• During peak travel seasons or high-traffic periods the lounge may reach full capacity, Your prepaid access guarantees entry with priority over walk-in guests, though a brief wait may be required until seating becomes available.
