Best tour we’ve had yet - We just got back from the most thrilling RZR tour with Cool Rentals & Tours in Puerto Vallarta, and it was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we arrived, the team was super professional, friendly, and made sure everything was set up perfectly—safety briefing was clear, vehicles were in top shape, and the RZR was an absolute beast on the trails. Our guide, Gustavo, was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, fun, super attentive to my wife and I. He knew all the best spots. He led us through stunning jungle paths, up into the Sierra Madre mountains with breathtaking views, across rivers, and to hidden gems we would’ve never found on our own. The ride was exhilarating—lots of mud, bumps, and pure adrenaline—but Gustavo kept everything safe, paced it perfectly, and added great stories about the local area along the way. The scenery was unreal: lush greenery, mountain panoramas, and that fresh air you can only get off the beaten path. We felt like real adventurers without any stress. If you’re in Puerto Vallarta and want an unforgettable off-road experience, book the RZR tour with Cool Rentals & Tours—ask for Gustavo if you can, you won’t be disappointed! Good fun - We had a great tour today with Goncalves we had Rzr and others had the quad bikes. It had rained so it was great going through dirty muddy puddles. 3 hour tour with tequila tasting and sales plus a stop for swimming which no one did due to the weather, but if it was hot we would have

Mountains of Adventure! - From the beginning, the people at COOL Tours were fantastic. Ms . Anna was very patient and accommodating our large group. Mr. Rodrigo and Gonzalez, were very skilled guiding us through the village and up into the beautiful landscape overlooking PuertoVallarta. Our whole group felt secure and well looked after... We will definitely choose COOL Tours on our next visit.

See PV and Mountain roads - Did this tour with my wife and we both were impressed by the competence of the staff. Travelling through the streets of PV on our way to the mountain roads staff was very good at being aware of urban traffic and our vehicles. To be fair the tour is all on roads not trails but it is interesting and enjoyable.

ATV Danger, Maintenance Problem - If you’re a tourist, and you’re looking for ATVs and vehicles, double check maintenance and ask for proof. Fire was caught on ATV, and lots of issues pertained from there. Owner was very disrespectful overall and held many accusations after the incident. This place was disappointing in terms of handling issues and put family at huge risk.
