Restaurants in Acapulco - Carlos was in time to pick us up especially considering our last minute change of arrival. It was very friendly and if I return to Acapulco I will use your services again. He also offered us a discount for a city tour but we didn't have time.

Excellent service - Excellent service from Carlos, he was on time and waiting for us with a poster in my name. He took care of the luggage, offered us a bottle of water and drove safely without mixing. The vehicle was clean and had no bad smell. We will take it back a few times during our stay.

Professional, prompt, kind, attentive driver! - Very communicative before trip, easy to find, punctual, respectful, warm, professional driver! The whole process was smooth. He even took us to the grocery store and waited for us. Seriously the most attentive driver in Carlo!!

Highly recommend if you have to get to/from airport in Acapulco. - Driver/owner speaks good English and made sure that I got to/from airport promptly. Contacted me via text prior to my arrival to give info on meeting up once I cleared baggage claim. Regular texts to see if I was OK. Given the safety issues in Acapulco this is a big deal. Also does tours as well. Highly recommend.

Trust these Reviews - Carlos! 👍 - Carlos is first class!!! Great communicator, diligent and well priced. He also is very sweet guy. My wife’s bday trip and he had a Bouquet of flowers in car for her. His vehicle is so large and can accommodate a lot of luggage. He also was kind enough to stop at the grocery store for us to stock up on way to resort. Going back in July and using him again! Also, do a day trip: he took us to Acapulco to shop at silver store and eat lunch to see cliff divers. Loved it! See you this summer Carlos!!

Absolutely The Best!!! - Carlos and his family are amazing!! I stumbled across Carlos and his service 24 hours before we arrived in Acapulco based off reviews on Tripadvisor, within minutes of booking I was contacted via whatsapp confirming my booking and providing details for pickup at the airport. We showed up and Carlos was waiting with a sign for us just as he said he would be in his messages. We were traveled as a family of 5 for a sporting event and were meeting the rest of our team at the hotel. We discovered the other people that were supposed to have a bus for the parent group of the team for the whole 10 days we were in Acapulco were not communicating. We mention this to Carlos and within minutes he had all 45-50 parents taking care of for our whole 10 days in Acapulco. He is a tremendous human being with lots of love for everyone and truly loves his city of Acapulco. During our stay there he was so attentive and became part of our family group. Aside from the large group he even organized personal transportation for individual groups on nights out. We were very pleased to meet his son as well who took us to dinner at La Perla to watch the cliff divers. I would 100% Carlos and Acapulco Tours & Taxi as your go to for any transportation or sightseeing needs in Acapulco. We have gained a new friend and team member in Carlos! Muchos Gracias Senor!!
