During this excursion, you’ll see more facets of Uluru, all while engagingly understanding its environmental aspects, historical background, geological features and the native Indigenous culture.
- This activity is not recommended for those aged over 65 years old.
- This activity is an adventure activity and as such participants must;
- weigh between 45-117kg (99-257 pounds)
- Minimum age is 12 & children need to be accompanied by an adult
- be free from serious vision/balance impairments, illness or injury that may impact your ability to Segway.
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women or people with a history of serious spinal injury.
- Be fit enough to ride a bicycle
- Travellers must be 12 years and older and weigh between 45-117kg
- Not recommended for those who do not have the fitness to ride a bicycle.

Very recommended. - With mom and dad opting for the sunrise segway, the morning at the end of September was still somewhat cold and saw a very soft uluru under the sunrise. The whole team will be divided into two groups of about 10 people each, each led by a staff member. Have plenty of time to practice and don't be afraid. Definitely the best way to not want to hike but to get a closer look at uluru, highly recommended!

Well worth it - This was the highlight of all the tours I took while visiting Uluru. Learning and then using the Segway to circle Uluru was great fun. Our tour guide Harley was both fun and professional. I really enjoyed this tour and would recommend it everyone. Also I would advise the sunrise tour as it's a bit cooler and there are less bugs than in the afternoon.

Great way to explore Uluru!! - It was very well executed, friendly staff had enough patience to train each individual person before the tour around the Rock. It was my first time riding Segway but certainly not the last. A very memorable experience that I would absolutely recommend

Brilliant Segway Tour - So much fun. I was nervous about operating a Segway however after the training you get beforehand I was fine. Our guides were very knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. Respect for this sacred area was paramount. Enjoyed the sunrise breakfast. Simple yet satisfying. Highly recommend this tour.

Segway, best trip around the Rock - We were on the Segway Sunrise tour on Wednesday Aug 20th, with Lisa & ??? (a great guy from, I think north Qld), Unfortunately, I can't remember his name.
We were very impressed by both of these guides: on the bus, breakfast, local knowledge, and enthusiasm. The male took our Segway tour & we were really impressed with his knowledge, calmness, attention & engagement.
We rarely send reviews, but we feel we need to acknowledge these two guides, they really helped make this tour outstanding!

A fantastic way to circle the base of this incredibly ancient rock! - This tour was fantastic! Fun and insightful, our guide Brandon made the it super exciting! The sights speak for themselves, but having that extra expert knowledge made all the difference. The Segways were just awesome! 😎

Best tour in Uluru! - I had an amazing time! I'd never been on a Segway before, but it turned out to be way easier than I expected. It was such a fun and unique way to explore Uluru!

Great way to see this iconic place - Thoroughly enjoyed our Segway tour around Uluru.
The day started with sunrise over the rock, with breakfast provided, and then moved to the Segway base where there was a lot of care given to make sure we were all comfortable handling the Segway.
Then we were off, with our guide Jess being great fun and very knowledgeable about the rock, its history and the local people.
Took around 2 hours to do the whole circuit including a couple of stops for Jess to tell us about what we were looking at.
All in all a great way to see this amazing place
