Everything was amazing ,... - Everything was amazing , my kids and I had a wonderful time . The staff were extremely nice and made the experience ever better . The ice cream was a 10/10 . Will definitely be coming back soon

Best staff in Miami. - If you like ice cream this is the place for you. Great for all ages. Very clean. Staff was absolutely amazing. Honey started our journey then Mojito took us on our flight to funland. Reeses was a joy. He showed us the hidden adventures in the freezers. Took many pictures for us with our phones. Super nice guy. Midnight Rum was amazing and made a great pinktini. Orange finished up our visit in the gift shop and definitely put a smile on our face. Well done Museum of Ice Cream Staff. You definitely made our trip enjoyable.

Super Cute Museum! - This place is too cute! I love an immersive experience and the museum of ice cream is a winner. The welcome staff were always in character! Loved the entire experience. A plus you get ice cream throughout the visit! We had kids on our tour, so be aware. They weren't a hinderance but you won't be able to do all the things if a large group of kids are with you. Loved the games and the photo opportunities! I would go again!

Nice place but you expect something else - A very beautiful place with a wonderful decoration everything in its environment for the children of the house has a good theme makes you walk and remind the more adults of the house when you were a child what I see is a little expensive with respect to the tour that is short otherwise very very nice experience

Fun afternoon of ice cream - I was a tad sceptical of the reviews. We had a great time, lots of samples and you were able to go back for more. We had so much ice cream!! Personally it was a tad expensive for what it was and would of been nice if they had the samples of the flavours you should try after the last room with the beach/shark ice cream.

Overpriced but enjoyed by the kids - In and out in about 30 mins, a bit of a rip off. Our 9 year old daughter rated it 4/5 though. Some interesting displays and interactive exhibits. Not a museum, more a short amusement park/ display.

Total let down. Waste of time and money - This tour was too expensive. It's not a lot to do. The ice cream was decent but definitely not worth the price they charge. My nine year old enjoyed the slide.

Not great, pretty much what you would expect - We went here as a surprise for my 12 year old daughter. Overall, it was pretty lame and about what I expected. A few rooms to take cool pictures and quite a bit of low-quality ice cream.

Think very carefully if you read the word ‘museum’ . It is in effect an overpriced theme park. - Not a museum. Overpriced rubbish that trapped you in each ‘experience’ and wouldn’t let you move on until they were ready

Avoid - My son was desperate to go here so we went along to then be told you have to buy tickets online so I tried to book tickets but my phone wouldn’t let me so I tried Apple Pay that didn’t work not sure why struggled with postcode maybe as we’re from the uk ,one staff member tried to help but he couldn’t get it to work either , he told me there was no other way to book so we left after trying several times , my son was in tears , a few hours later I got a message from my bank saying they’ve blocked my card after suspicious activity they tried to take 2 payments and then could see that I was now signed up to some sort of subscription , after reading the reviews I’m now glad we didn’t go
