Next, visit the Muttrah Souq, known for its vibrant atmosphere and rich scents. Stroll through a labyrinth of narrow alleys filled with shops offering spices, silver jewelry, frankincense, textiles, and handicrafts. It’s the perfect place to find a unique souvenir! The tour continues past the Corniche to the capital area, where there is a photo stop at the Sultan’s Palace, flanked by the 16th-century Portuguese forts of Jalali and Mirani.
