- Nizwa Souk - Home to one of the oldest souks in the country, this expansive marketplace primarily focuses on fruits and vegetables, meat, and fish, each housed in separate sections behind the grand entrance.
- Al Hamra - Al Hamra is a vibrant 400-year-old town located in the Ad Dakhiliyah region of northeastern Oman. The town is lively yet conceals a secret: it developed around an incredible abandoned village. The Al Hamra ruins, estimated to be between 700-1000 years old, remain completely untouched.
- Misfah al Abriyyin - Misfat Al Abriyeen is a distinctive mountainous village situated 1,000 meters above sea level on the mountain foothills surrounding the wilayat of Al Hamra in the Al Dhakhiyla Governorate. The village is named after the Al Abri tribe, originally from Misfat Al Abriyeen and Al Hamra.
- Jebel Shams - Jebel Shams is a mountain located in northeastern Oman, north of Al Hamra town. It is known as Jabal Shams because it is the first place in Oman to witness the sunrise due to its towering peak. It is the highest mountain in the Hajar range and the entire country.

Extrodinary good! - A beautiful one day tour to Nizwa with Oman Landscape Tours. Our guide Khalid made it cery spexial day for us. Especially the visit to the old souk was amazing. He gave zs lots of goos advice on our shopping.
As well the visit od the palm tree village on the way back was worth every minute.

Fantastic Nature and Culture - We did the Nizwa tour with Sameer today. It was a fantastic day with breathtaking scenery, culture, and food. Sameer told us a great deal about his homeland. We recommend him 100%.

Awesome trip to Nizwa and Jabel Shams - It was such a wonderful trip where we covered not only the Nizwa fort, but visited traditional market as well as the traditional village. Our guide was so knowledgeable and knew every detail related to historical aspects of the places. He also took us to the best place Jabel Shams to get the awesome view of the mountains and valley. I would like to thank M. Sulaiman, our guide, for taking us through there and for making it a memorable one. I highly recommend his services and this tour company.

Amazing tour experience - I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Oman Landscape Tours, and I couldn’t recommend them more.
I took a private tour to Nizwa, Jebel Shams, and several traditional villages, and everything was perfectly organized and beautifully paced. Each stop felt meaningful and unhurried, allowing me to truly enjoy the history, the landscapes, and everyday life in Oman.
A special thank you goes to Ms. Analiza, whose organization was flawless from start to finish. Communication was always clear, timely, and thoughtful, and I felt supported and well taken care of at every step.
And then there is Mr. Badar, my guide, who truly made the experience special. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and deeply connected to his country. His insights and stories added depth and meaning to every place we visited, from the dramatic views of Jebel Shams to the quiet charm of the villages.
This was more than just a tour—it was a carefully curated journey into Oman’s culture, history, and landscapes. If you’re looking for a private, authentic, and high-quality experience, Oman Landscape Tours is an excellent choice.

A long day, very beautiful - Super comfortable car and driver BADAR very attentive, prudent and kind. He also served as our cicero in Nizwa Fort. For a group of only two women, this was very important and reassuring. We visited very characteristic places (to reach the “Grand Canyon of Oman”) you pass through a road, partly dirt, that crosses a lunar landscape. The hike takes several hours, but it is absolutely worth it

A beautiful day in Oman - We had a wonderful day touring Oman with Oman Landscape Tours, and it was made truly special by our guide, Badar. He was incredibly kind, a fantastic driver, especially on the off-road journey up to Jebel Shams, and he shared thoughtful and interesting insights into Omani culture throughout the day.
The day was perfectly thoughtfully planned, beginning with Nizwa Fortress and the lively souq, where we caught the bd of the Friday goat market. Nizwa was followed by the stunning drive up to Jebel Shams. Pictures don’t do it justice, honest it! We then continued on to Al Hamra and the beautiful village of Misfah al Abryeen, where we stopped at a really cool coffee shop hidden in the village.
Badar’s attention to detail and personal touches made the experience feel unique and memorable. From introducing us to a local coffee stop where you drive up and honk for service, to ensuring every part of the day felt special, we felt genuinely cared for throughout.
We highly recommend Oman Landscape Tours, and especially Badar, for an unforgettable experience in Oman. Also, Analiza was fantastic to work with from point of booking to answering our questions. She made everything so easy.

Great Guide! - Khalil was an excellent tour guide from start to finish, arriving precisely on time. His communication before and during the tour was clear and professional.
What really stood out were the small thoughtful touches. He treated me to multiple coffees and took the time to help search for a specific souvenir I was hoping to find.
He was extremely knowledgeable about every site we visited, sharing history and local context in a way that was engaging and easy to understand.
Khalil also took some nice pictures on my phone and I will have fond memories forever.
Overall Khalil drove quickly yet very safely, which made moving between locations efficient and comfortable. He even introduced me to delicious Omani bread, which was a highlight for me. Thank you spending the day with me!
