Bimmah Sinkhole - Fins Beach - Wadi Shab - Ras Al Hadd

Bimmah Sinkhole - Depart from Muscat around 8:30 AM, with the first destination being Bimmah Sinkhole. This large crater near the sea features a small lake at its base, believed to have been formed by a meteor. The next stop is Fins Beach, known for its strikingly white sands, curious pebbles, and stunningly blue waters.

Wadi Shab - Continue the journey to Wadi Shab, a vast canyon gorge adorned with palm trees and showcasing the impressive power of water descending from the mountains. After a 35-minute hike through the canyon, visitors reach several crystal-clear water pools. Tourists can swim through the warm waters from pool to pool, eventually reaching the final pool. Here, an opening among the massive rocks allows swimming into a breathtaking crevice cave with a small waterfall. Sunlight filters in, turning the water a beautiful turquoise blue, while water cascades down one side of the cave from the wadi beyond. The next stop is a photo opportunity at Wadi Tiwi, named after the coastal Tiwi village, offering a lush, green landscape unlike many other wadis.

Sur - Dhow Factory - Omani Ghazal Farm - Wadi Bani Khalid - Wahiba Sand Desert - Sunset

Sur - After breakfast, depart the hotel and drive to Sur. In the morning, explore the City of Sur, featuring old fortresses and the renowned Arabian Dhow Factory, where traditional wooden Dhows are constructed.

Wadi Bani Khalid - Proceed to visit the Omani Ghazal Farm in Al Kamel (Asilel Farm), then drive to Wadi Bani Khalid, one of Oman’s largest and most beautiful wadis. Here, visitors can swim, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy a picnic amidst the scenic wadi canyons.

Wahiba Sands - In the late afternoon, continue to the desert camp in Wahiba Sands, where guests can relax or embark on an adventurous 4×4 drive through the sand dunes. Witness the breathtaking desert sunset from one of the large sand dunes. Conclude the day with dinner at the camp and a romantic evening around a campfire, enjoying the sunset and sunrise from the dunes.

Sunrise - Nizwa Fort - Nizwa Souk - Birkat Al Mouz - Irrigation System of Al Kattmyn - Jebel Akhdar

Wahiba Sands - Watch the sunrise early in the morning from the dunes before breakfast. Depart Wahiba Sand Desert around 8:30 AM, with stops for photos in the dunes.

Nizwa Fort Oman - Drive to Nizwa, the former capital of Oman, home to the famous Nizwa Fort. The fort serves as a museum and offers splendid views of the ancient town and surrounding mountains.

Nizwa Souk - Visit the Nizwa Souk to browse and purchase Omani silver crafts and other beautiful handmade items.

Birkat Al Mouz - After exploring Nizwa, drive towards Birkat Al Mouz, a unique village nestled into a mountain face.

Aflaj Irrigation Systems of Oman - Next, visit the Irrigation System of Al Kattmyn, one of the five Irrigation Systems of Oman added to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list in 2006.

Jebel Akhdar - The final stop is Jebel Akhdar, also known as the Green Mountain, part of the Al Hajar Mountains range in the Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate of Oman. It rises to a height of 2,980 meters and includes the Saiq Plateau at 2,000 meters above sea level. Afterward, return to Muscat.
