Royal Opera House - The Royal Opera House Muscat is Oman’s leading venue for musical arts and culture. It is situated in the Shati Al-Qurm district of Muscat on Sultan Qaboos Street.

Construction started: 2007. - Qurum Beach - Located in the AlQurm Area in the heart of Muscat, this beach spans a large area. Several major hotel chains, such as Hotel Muscat InterContinental and Crowne Plaza, are situated nearby. This beach is one of the busiest in Muscat due to its proximity to shopping centers and restaurants.
- Mutrah Souq - Mutrah Souq is a classic example of old Eastern markets, featuring narrow, winding alleys covered with wood. Among Omanis, it is also known as the Market of Darkness because its numerous alleys and roads lined with shops block the sunlight during the day.
- Bait Al Zubair - Bait Al Zubair is a cultural foundation that began with a private museum, which opened its intricately carved wooden doors to the public in 1998. It is funded by its founders, the Zubair family. In 2005, the family established the Bait Al Zubair Foundation as the cultural and social arm of their family-owned business, The Zubair Corporation.
- Al Alam Palace - Al Alam Palace, one of the six residences of the sultan, boasts a history of over 200 years and was constructed under the supervision of Imam Sultan bin Ahmed, the 7th direct ancestor of Sultan Qaboos.
- Mutrah Fish Market - The Muttrah Fish Market in Muscat, Oman, is a lively hub along the Muttrah Corniche where fishermen and locals gather daily. Renowned for its blend of traditional Omani culture and modern architecture, the market offers a wide range of fresh seafood, fruits, and vegetables. Designed by Snøhetta, the market features an iconic canopy that provides natural ventilation and shade, making it a distinctive cultural and architectural landmark.
- Mirani Fort - Al Mirani Fort in Muscat was constructed by the Portuguese in the 16th century. Along with the neighboring Al Jalali Fort, it overlooks the Gulf of Oman and historically guarded the port of Muscat. The Mirani Fort and Al Jalali Fort are located on either side of the palace. Although closed to the public, visitors can view this fort from the outside. This fort played a crucial role in the downfall of the Portuguese and displays many ancient war tools.
