Excellent half day Muscat tour - Our guide Naseeb was very helpful and courteous. Definitely recommended. He looked after us very well. He took us to all the main sites of interest.

Above and beyond - Our tour guide Mr Naseeb was a great guide, very knowledgeable and a born and raised Omani man with a great knowledge of his history. Myself and my 2 sons (9 & 11yrs) thoroughly enjoyed the tour. We learnt so much about the beautiful city of Muscat and will be visiting again very soon.

You get what you pay for - The audio guide is very basic…you don’t get any info on the actual mosque and are left to wander around it on your own. The driver will only lead you to the entrance. The visit at the museum was good…the fish market was a waste of time, however, though I decided to walk along the waterfront instead. You unfortunately neither pause, let alone stop, at the opera house and the forts are only a photo opportunity from the outside…you don’t have time to go in, even if you were willing to pay for it. 30min at the Souks are to be expected but I would have rather spent more time seeing actual sights (such as the forts). For one person, it’s an affordable introduction to the city. For couples or groups traveling together, I think you‘re better off sharing a taxi to take you to the stops you actually want to see and spend as much time as you want. You won’t be missing much in terms of commentary.

Stops good, but lacks live commentary from Guide - The pickup was on time. All the stops were great. We missed the Opera House from the outside. We could have stopped for photos since the building is beautiful. However the biggest disappointment was the lack of live guide. We only had a pre recorded audio commentary... That is why 3 stars, otherwise would be 4 stars.
