Setting Sail to the Daymaniyat Islands
The sun was just beginning to rise over Muscat as I made my way to the Al Mouj Harbour, the starting point for my much-anticipated snorkeling adventure to the Daymaniyat Islands. As a marine biologist, the allure of exploring these pristine waters was irresistible. The Mola Mola Diving Centre, renowned for its exceptional service and expertise, was my host for the day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly team and their charming canine ambassador, Simba, who added a touch of warmth to the check-in process.
Our vessel for the day, aptly named “Simba,” was ready to whisk us away to the islands. The anticipation was palpable as we embarked on this journey, guided by the experienced trio of Ed, Bonnie, and Arif.
