Excellent for the money - Its a really good transportation and you have a enough time to explore and dip into lagoon. Hotel pick up and drop off was smooth

Walk in the Lençóis - Great experience, I made 3 trips in days in a row and gave everything right, being planned in advance the agency fulfilled everything certain in the dates and times. Guides guide and explain the route and support the purchase and transportation of water during the routes.

Beautiful natural wonder including sunset - The Lencois are a unique natural spectacle and will amaze you at first sight. Our guide Thiago answered all questions (in Portuguese). He also fulfilled all wishes and drove us not to the crowded main lagoon, but rather to a lonely lagoon place. There we had a lagoon and the sunset to ourselves, which made the experience special. On the way back he also made a stop so that we could watch the full moon and the starry sky. Despite the poor road conditions (arrival and departure is its own adventure) we have always felt safe.

Nice walk! Essential!! - The place is wonderful and the guide Gabriel, from Jurema Tursimo was very helpful and attentive, taking photos and leaving us at ease to enjoy. The only thing, however, which does not compromise the tour, is the discomfort of the journey to the Lagoa and the excess of tourists.

Room for improvement - This tour operator was responsible only for transportation from my hotel to Lençóis Maranhenses National Park, so my review is focused purely on logistics. In reality, there is very little difference between tour operators here - they all essentially just transport people from the town to the national park. They picked me up about 30 minutes earlier than the time they had originally communicated. I was initially annoyed by this, but it turned out that the vehicle had a bigger issue: out of four passenger seats, only two had working seat belts. I ended up taking one of those seats, which made the early pickup somewhat convenient for me. From a safety perspective, this alone is enough to deduct at least two stars. The rest of the trip went fine, although I don’t envy the passengers who had to sit in the back of the truck - for them, the ride looked quite uncomfortable. One small suggestion: the tour description should be updated, as it still mentions a ferry crossing. The ferry no longer exists and has been replaced by a bridge, which is actually safer and more convenient.
