Amazing Tour to Pamukkale! - I had an absolutely wonderful experience on the Pamukkale tour! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish.
A special thank you to our amazing tour guide, Mrs. Dilek, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate. She explained everything in such an engaging way and made the entire trip both informative and enjoyable.
Also, a big thank you to our driver, Gürkan, for the safe and comfortable journey. His professionalism and kindness made us feel relaxed throughout the trip.
Pamukkale itself was breathtaking, and thanks to this fantastic team, the whole experience became unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour to everyone — truly a 5-star experience!

Amazing day tour in Pamukkale - The experience was overall really good. The admission fee was included in the price which also provided transport, a guided tour with a every experienced guide, Dilek, a stop at the Onyx shop, lunch, and entry to Hierapolis and Pamukkale Pools.
We left our hotel at 6:50 and were driven to the minibus meeting point. We had a couple of breaks including the Onyx shop and a small lake, and then stopped for lunch at around 1pm at Villa Castilio. We then headed to the Hierapolis. There we were given a short tour and finally some time to explore on our own. We then headed back at around 4pm.
Dilek is really friendly and engaging in the way she delivers the tour. She made the experience entertaining and gave us lots of fun facts about Antalya and other parts of Turkey. We were in a small group of about 15 people, which felt right and made the atmosphere pleasant.

Pamukkale day tour - My partner and I wanted to visit Hierapolis and the Travertines of Pamukkale and our hotel recommended this tour company.
We stayed in the old town of Antalya so we were picked up by a private vehicle and dropped to the minibus where we met our tour guide, Dilek.
We had a really wonderful experience with her. She was fun and very professional, full of facts, answered all our questions, and took really great care of us.
The stonemason stop was interesting. And the buffet lunch was great too.
Once you arrive at Pamukkale, you are given a tour by Dilek where she will show you the Hierapolis Aziz Philippus Mezarı, which is a beautiful Roman amphitheatre.
After that you can decide how to spend the remaining 2 ½ hours or so. Either you can walk around on your own and see more of Hierapolis, or you can do what my partner and I did and spend all your time at the main attraction - the Pamukkale Travertines. Or you could divide your time between both activities.
Everything above is factored into the price of the tour. There are no hidden costs.
There’s a fair bit of walking involved so wear comfy shoes!
We were a group of about 15, which felt like the right amount of people for a nice day tour.
The one thing that I found could be better is the driving. A lot of the roads are winding and we were taking them a bit too fast for comfort.
I understand having to honour the time that the tour company has promised, and it being a nearly 3-hour ride one way does put pressure on the driver to meet that expectation, but taking sharp turns at 110-120 km/hr (I checked and I have posted proof) in a 90 km/hr speed limit zone with 17 people in a minibus seems unnecessarily dangerous.
It’s a real shame because I couldn’t think of a single other thing I would change.
Otherwise worth the money and would recommend.

Pools are mostly dried out and don’t look like any of the pictures advertising them, maybe 15yrs ago the did - My husband and I are in town for IVF. We had a Saturday off and wanted to do some sightseeing, something that included land and water. We purchased our tour from a different company. We were shown pictures of the Cleopatra Pool, when we asked if we could get into the thermal water, they said yes, for an additional $10. We were told that the tour included lunch, when we asked what the food would be as I’m gluten free, they showed us pictures of steaks and fish. Late at night we received a message via WhatsApp confirming our pick up time was 7am. I asked for confirmation that the pools were opened because Google said they were closed and no one ever replied. We were only staying 6mins away walking, by 6:51am, we were already getting a call that they were waiting for us. They offer to pick up guests at their hotel, however, staying in Old Town, that wasn’t an option for us. We had to pick up other guests from their hotel. Then we stopped at a gas station for the driver to get off to go pee or buy cigarettes, then 30mins later at a tourist trap off the highway for “breakfast”/bathroom break. Then when we got into town, once again at another tourist trap an overpriced store to “learn” about onyx etc. When in reality it was for the staff to smoke and pee. Then we where too early for the lunch and where taken to a lake to waste time. At lunch, the food looked nothing like the pictures! I was only able to eat beans, potatoes and salad. The food was not good and you have to pay for your own drink. 5 hours later we FINALLY you get to there! I wish they would of picked us up at 9am to give people time to have a proper breakfast and skip all the nonsense. Our tour guide was nice and knowledgeable. We where there for 3hrs. The Cleopatra Pool was closed, so glad we where allowed to leave our belongings in the van but pretty bummed out. Most of the pools are dried out, there’s only one side open with a handful of pools and you’re only allowed to walk in them without shoes and socks. You’re not allowed to sit in them. The amphitheater was cool. On the way back, the driving was wild, but no one seemed to care because we just wanted to get back. We all got pushed to leave a 5 star review on the spot, however, I think it’s important for others to be aware what we experienced. We made the best out of our trip, however, for $150 for the both of us, just like everything else in Turkey, we found it overpriced and overhyped.
