Lovely experience of Antalya Old Town - We were a little late turning up, but fortunately the guide was still waiting. It was just the three family members in the group. Our guide, Onder, welcomed us and we immediately felt at ease. The tour moved at a reason able pace, with Onder talking during most of it. We talked not only about the history of the old town, but Turkey in general. There was time to take in the views as well as going into a museum house and a church. The tour ended with Onder treating us to a Turkish desert. Great tour at a good price. I would recommend it to everyone provided you are able to walk for a couple of hours.

Excellent - We had an excellent tour of Antalya’s old town with Onder. He is a knowledgeable and friendly guide who shared a lot of interesting history and local insights in a very relaxed and enjoyable way. The tour felt more like a pleasant conversation than a standard guided walk. Time flew by, and we learned a great deal about the city. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Antalya.

A fascinating insight into the old town of Antalya - Our Tour guide Onder regaled us with anecdotes and words of wisdom from his mother. We are determined to meet her. Perhaps on our next return to Antalya. The old town is a most fascinating place to visit, not always top of the tourist list but a real must for those interested in the origins of both the port and city which date back to Roman times. A real mix of ancient religions that are evident in the many places of worship. A restoration programme begun since the 1960’s have greatly added to the allure of these wonderful buildings and a visit to the local mosque is not to be missed! Onder explained the origins of local customs such as which colour the women’s headscarf’s would indicate marital status, availability etc and as Onder explained, an early form of Tinder! There are many traditional restaurants to choose from here. Take Onders guided tour you won’t be disappointed.

Fascinating! - It was a great tour through the streets of Kaleiçi and the museum. Onder is a great guide, he clearly enjoys it and is great at giving a lot of tidbits about the area. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Walking Tour of Antalya Old Town - I had a fantastic experience on this walking tour of Antalya’s Old Town! Our guide was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, sharing historical insights about each site we visited. The group was small—just six of us—so it felt very personal, and he took the time to answer everyone’s questions. The two-hour walk was the perfect length, and we got to see so many beautiful spots. The tour ended with a lovely Turkish treat, which was a great touch and made the experience feel even more authentic. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Antalya!

A great way to get a feel for Old Antalya - This was a great tour. Onder was an exceptionally well-informed, articulate and entertaining tour guide. We saw lots of the main sites, covered a lot of ground, and really got a better understanding of this fascinating city. Onder's anecdotes were very funny and also gave a real insight into modern Turkish life. I'd highly recommend this tour!

(W)Onder-ful - I had already stayed in a hotel in Kaleiçi for several days, but it was only after going on this tour that I felt confident about the layout of this part of Antalya. It’s the perfect tour for orienting yourself in the old town. The highlight for me was the museum, where Onder's humour and generosity of spirit brought the static artefacts to life by threading them through the tapestry of his family life in Türkiye. It was truly wonderful. I would venture that Onder is one of the best tour guides you will meet. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject matter, and generous in his responses to the barrage of questions from the group. Onder also provides tours of Perge and Termessos, both extraordinary sites to visit. I highly recommend taking these tours with him, as the warmth and humour of his narrative makes insights into the ancient history of Antalya so enjoyable.
