What is a private transfer?
A private transfer means you will not share the vehicle with anyone else. Upon arrival at the airport, the driver will be waiting for you with a name board displaying your name and will transport you directly to your specified address or hotel. We only offer private transfers.

If my flight is delayed, do you charge extra fees?
We track all flight arrival times from the airport’s official website. If you learn of a delay in advance, please inform us.

I missed my flight. What should I do?
If you miss your flight, inform us before the transfer time. If you do not report it, a no-show pricing policy will apply. If notified, the transfer will be available for the next 24 hours.

Will anyone else be traveling in the vehicle I book?
No, the vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group. We do not offer shared shuttle services.

Do you have baby seats in your vehicles?
Baby seats are available upon request and should be requested when booking. They are free of charge.

Are your vehicles air-conditioned?
Yes, all our vehicles are air-conditioned.

Where can I find the driver at the airport?
The driver will be waiting for you outside the terminal door with a sign displaying your name. In case of emergency, our operation team is available 24/7 for support.
