What is a private transfer?
A private transfer means you will not share the vehicle with anyone else. The driver will be waiting for you at the airport with a name board displaying your name and will transport you to your specified address/hotel. We only offer private transfers.

If my flight is delayed, do you charge extra fees?
We track all flight arrival times from the airport’s official website. If you know about a delay in advance, please inform us.

I missed my flight, what should I do?
If you miss your flight, inform us before the transfer time. If you do not report it, a no-show pricing policy will apply. If notified, the transfer will be available for the next 24 hours.

Will anyone else be traveling in the vehicle I book?
No, we only offer private transfers. The price you pay reserves the vehicle exclusively for your group. We do not offer shared shuttle services.

Do you have baby seats in your vehicles?
Baby seats are provided upon request and should be requested when booking. They are free of charge.

Are your vehicles air-conditioned?

Where can I find the driver at the airport?
Our vehicle will be waiting for you outside the terminal door with a sign displaying your name. In case of emergency, you can get support from our operation team 24/7.
