Excellent experience - Very impressed with the tour. I did see reviews for people saying they couldn’t find the main bus area, but it was exactly at the pickup address provided and the bus was VERY visible. The tour was very enjoyable and had a lot of information. We enjoyed it greatly! Recommend doing the full rounds and then ID where you want to to go. Drivers were nice. Overall an A+

The orange route is spectacular due to the stops it has. - It is a regular experience; there is not much to see, and the self-guided tour does not match the bus's pace. However, the orange part, which is spectacular because of its stops, is worth taking.

Experience May 13, 2026 - I would have liked more information about the sights we passed by during the ride. Often there was a hint, but the location was not visible at that time. Online tracking was spontaneously not possible. Thus, we had to wait a long time because we had no information on when the next bus would come (to the English Garden/Eisbach).

Interesting tour - The tour was interesting but the instructions where to meet were difficult. It also would have been nice to know the schedule of when the tours leave from beginning point and how often.

Don’t do it! - There was very little commentary. Too much dead airtime as we passed by areas. The commentary didn’t match the areas we drove by most of the time. We rode by areas so fast you could barely get a picture. I purchased the green line ticket online. I didn’t realize it was for one line. I was able to upgrade for 5 Euros in person to be able to ride both the green and orange line. The driver rode past the stops. You don’t really know what is available at the stops.

Save money, do it better, just get transport day pass - By comparison to 24h pass on public transport:- When hopped off can only hop back on same bus company and only at designated stops, compared to any bus/tram/underground. Although 24hr for ticket will continue next day, only after 10am, so lot of potential use missed. Sightseeing bus far more expensive, possibly 2 or 4 times. Also:- If decide to hop off may have only seconds to do so after seeing something of interest. If see something to photograph, usually through dirty or scratched glass, possibly on other sude of bus, and while moving and without option to choose best shot, ie always just holiday snaps. Commentary not always clear and cannot be repeated if not heard.

Very unreliable service. - The buses did not run on time. In most cases, it would have at least half-an hour to an hour late (in place of every 15 minutes). I wanted to visit a couple of more places but lost time by the bus delay, at my last stop i waited 50 minutes (just standing on my feet), got tired, and finally gave up on it (I mainly used the orange colour one). Finally, I gave up my test of the visit plans and took a taxi to my hotel.

Read comments and AVOID this tour! - Read as much comments as you can and ... AVOID this tour! It will be too late after paying money to get anything in return... and their management apologies cost them NOTHING compare to your hard earned EURO!

Not recommended! - For the city of Munich, the offer and performance was underground. A bus driver you don't understand because he was able to speak German ZERO. This doesn't have to be a Germanist, but understandably he should be able to speak. We had booked the Grand Tour (Orange) and it costs over 30€. Does Munich have so little to offer that you have to drive past squares and buildings 2-3x? And then the tour ends and you have to change the bus. But it didn't come until three quarters of an hour later. What a cheek! There you are at the stop and not even seating. How to deal with elderly or even disabled people here. Dear leaders, take a city tour in Lisbon, Copenhagen, Hamburg or Oslo. There you can learn how to make it exciting. And then check the seat shells. They're partly loose and you tilt forward.
