Very good care and great ride - Were very well addressed at Service point and well instructed . The tours red, blue and purple were well organized . Unfortunately we found a stop not at the Siegestor , despite street and house number .

Amazing service and perfect timing, the tour covered all the main attractions and the staff were very kind - I can’t describe how satisfied and delighted I felt! The whole team was incredibly kind and professional, especially the blonde-haired gentleman (with slightly thinning hair) who was helping and organizing customers outside in the rain, and the friendly black-haired girls at the reception. The timing was perfectly accurate, and the routes covered every attraction I wanted to visit. I’m truly speechless. it was an unforgettable experience. If I ever come back to Munich, I’ll definitely do it again!

Great tour - price okay - team very friendly - Booked the tour online, then get the tickets on site. The staff was very friendly and explained all tours to us. We have only made the city tour, very informative and also discovered new things. After a break we took the Purple Line to Nymphenburg Castle and the Olympic Park. The buses come regularly as indicated and we were very satisfied !

Great experience! Highly recommended - Friendly and helpful staff (Jazmin, thank you!😉), good organization and great routes around the city. Ideal if you are staying only for a couple of days in Munich and want to see more than just the main city centre.

Best view of Munich! - Easy to order tickets online for a bit of savings. Never had to wait for a bus, plenty were ready to go when we boarded. We took all three routes, loved the purple line! Great, safe drivers. Loved the audio language capabilities.

There are three bus... - There are three bus lines, red (every 20 minutes) purple ( 30 minutes) and blue ( 1 hr). What I observed was, most buses met their scheduled arrival times, some buses were like 5-8 minutes late. There's this one driver who drove recklessly. I forgot to record the plate number

Good if you don’t want to utilize public transportation - It was good to have transportation around town on our first day and trying to figure things out. Plus we hadn’t slept since we had a red eye flight into Munich and couldn’t think straight but wanted to see things. However, it was a challenge trying to find the pickup point. On some of the buses the audio didn’t work. Munich offers good public transportation if you can take the time to utilize it.

No comparison to other city tours Hop on Hop Off - Too expensive, Too little information about the headset, Too few stops for hop on hop off, actually a smooth 5, The concept is not designed for reasonable information, unfriendly staff are added. My tip Find another provider
