Great experience - Jasmine was super helpful and nice. She recommended the tours, gave us so much information and helped us get situated. She suggested different restaurants and places to visit during the tour

Attention - We were super well served in Spanish by Iasmin, a dear! He showed us how it works and we immediately took the first bus. The 1-day pass is great for those who want to see the city, especially in winter!

24 hour pass tour - Great tour! The 24 hour pass was well worth it as it allowed time to cover all three tours. The purple was my favorite, then blue, then red.

Best way to get an overview of the city! - Saw the major sites in Munich, didn't have much trouble finding the main office location. Always recommend a Hop On Hop Off Bus.

Nice, clean off and on busses - Very nice busses. Adhered tightly to schedule. Audio was in multiple languages and informative.

Interesting tour - The ride route was ok . But the driver did not announce how long he would last and waited only partially 30 seconds.

Worthwhile tour - especially in summer - You get a good overview of the various landmarks of Munich. The driver was very skilful, you felt in good hands in the thickest traffic. Unfortunately, the heating in the bus did not manage to create a pleasant atmosphere: outside were real sub-zero temperatures and the bus did not and did not get warm. Therefore: 4 out of 5

Great way to see city of Munich. Three loop rides aligned easily with each other. Warm bus. Easy listening audio. - Easy and comfortable way to see Munich when temperature is -2C. Bus was relatively clean. One head set wasn’t working well in group but we got around that.

Let down - Bought the 24 hour ticket for all three routes. No one told us the blue line wasn’t operating at full scale and was on a modified route. We walked to a pick up spot for the blue route and the bus never came- found out it was a modified route and there was no mention. Had to pay for an Uber to get us back. This was after we had gone to a red line pick up spot earlier in the morning and had to flag the bus down.
