Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary - The driver will extend a warm welcome at the airport or pick up from the hotel. Following introductions, a briefing about the tour will be provided, followed by lunch, and then the journey to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary will commence. Upon arrival, a ranger guide will be assigned to lead the way through the bushland and thickets to observe rhinos. The guide will explain their characteristics and behaviors. Afterward, return to the starting point to check in at the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park to visit the top of the falls and enjoy a boat cruise to the bottom of the falls
Murchison Falls - After breakfast, the journey to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest national park, will begin. Upon arrival, the first stop will be at the top of the falls to witness the Nile River forcing its way through an 8-meter gorge, creating a thunderous sound. Following this, head to the jetty to board a boat in the afternoon, heading to the bottom of the falls. While cruising, various animals such as waterbucks, elephants, hippos, and crocodiles basking in the sun will be visible. Numerous bird species, including African Fish Eagles, cormorants, herons, and egrets, will also be seen. Afterward, head to the lodge for relaxation and an overnight stay.
Full-Day Game drives in Murchison Falls National Park
Murchison Falls National Park - On this day, after breakfast, return to the park for a full-day game drive. As different tracks are followed, a variety of animals, some possibly missed the previous day, will be spotted. Giraffes, buffalo, deer, Uganda kobs, elephants, bushbucks, gazelles, baboons, and impalas are among the animals to be seen. Predators like hyenas, leopards, lions, and wild dogs may also be encountered. Bird enthusiasts will spot several bird species. After a full day of wildlife viewing, return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.
Transfer to Kibale National Park
Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary - After breakfast, embark on a journey to Kibale National Park, with lunch en route. Upon arrival in the afternoon or early evening, head to the Bigodi community for a swamp walk. Several primates, such as black and white colobus monkeys, red colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys, and bird species like the blue turaco, will be seen. A coffee experience will also be enjoyed, showcasing the local method of making coffee and banana gin. Afterward, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale National Park
Kanyanchu Visitor Center - An early morning breakfast will be followed by a drive to the Kanyanchu visitor center in Kibale National Park. A briefing on chimpanzee trekking rules and regulations will be conducted. A guide and ranger will then lead the way into the forest in search of chimpanzees, with opportunities to spot other primates and unique plant species. After locating the chimpanzee community, an hour will be spent observing them as the guide explains their characteristics and behavior. Afterward, return to the starting point and then to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an evening game drive
Queen Elizabeth National Park - Depart Kibale in the morning and head to Queen Elizabeth National Park. A stop at the Equator monument for photos and lunch at the lodge will be made. Later, embark on an evening game drive to see various animals, including gazelles, Uganda kobs, elephants, and buffalo, with a chance to spot predators like leopards and lions. After the game drive, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Queen Elizabeth National Park - An early morning breakfast will be followed by a visit to the Kasenyi plains. Many animals, including those possibly missed the previous day, will be seen on a boat cruise. Herds of buffalo, elephants, Uganda kobs, olive baboons, and many other animals will be spotted. Afterward, return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch. Then, embark on an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, known for its high concentration of hippos. Elephants, buffalo, antelopes, and other animals drinking water will be visible, along with crocodiles basking in the sun or waiting to prey on thirsty animals. Afterward, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - After breakfast, drive to the Park Headquarters with a packed lunch for a briefing on the dos and don’ts of gorilla trekking. Meet the ranger guide for a briefing on gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, preparing for a lifetime experience. After the briefing, rangers will assign a gorilla family to trek. Follow two rangers in search of the gorilla family, with the time to find them ranging from 2 to 8 hours, requiring some level of fitness. After locating the gorillas, spend an hour in their presence, taking pictures and recording videos for memories. After the gorilla trek, journey to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation and an overnight stay.
Transfer back to Entebbe to end the tour
Entebbe - After breakfast, embark on a journey to Entebbe, with a stopover at the Equator and another convenient location for lunch. Upon arrival in Entebbe, the driver will bid farewell, marking the end of the 10-day Big 5 and wildlife excursion.
